As a long time user of IT cosmetics I bought this eye pencil from a Target Ulta while on vacation. Eye pencil would not screw up after the first use. Call their customer service and they said they can't stand behind their product without a receipt. I was on vacation and have no receipt obviously I have the product they could have seen in a picture but they did ZERO to help. I just wanted a replacement. This company sucks as they have no customer service. They lost an 8 year customer.
I like their products but they are often out of stock at Ulta so I decided to use their website to get what I needed. They were out of everything on the website too. I ordered some stuff anyway and it never came. I tried to track it but couldn't. There was no communication that my stuff had become out of stock and they wouldn't give me back my money. They are the worst!
I tried to purchase items on sale and it wouldn't accept any of my payments. Talked to customer service and I was basically told there was nothing they could. They said it has to do with my bank. My bank had zero issues when I called them. IT cosmetics rep wouldn't help. I pretty much got told to go somewhere else and pay full price. Really awful. I will never buy from here because of how useless their customer service was.
I would prefer to give itcosmetics.com ZERO stars. I have wasted so much time on emails and phone calls trying to get the products I ordered and paid for, trying to get refunds when they overcharged me, and the loyalty reward points I was due. It's a terrible shame, because the products are great, but this company is so unreliable and untrustworthy. If you're going to order from itcosmetics.com, take screen shots of EVERYTHING and be vigilant.
They refused to cancel or modify an erroneous online purchased because item was not received. They insist that only way to get refunded is returning the item.,which is impossible because the shipping address is not my address.
I placed an online order and the site defaulted my shipping address to my old address. I contact IT immediately to tell them about the error and the response I got was too bad so sad you messed up its not our problem. If the order was returned to them then i'd get a refund. Unbelievable and unacceptable. I've been a customer for over a decade, but that ends today!
I bought a small mascara from the iT cosmetics website. I paid through PayPal. The mascara came all dried out. I contacted them twice about the issue. All of their customer service people are from far off countries. Mine was from Colombia. He assured me that I'd be issued a $13.55 credit to my PayPal account. It never came so I opened a dispute through PayPal explaining the situation. They denied my request because they said the order was billed correctly. Another idiot company who didn't pay attention to my grievance. Subsequently I have changed things that were on auto pay through PayPal to a regular credit card. Stay away from purchasing from itcosmetics.com no matter the discount. Purchase from Ulta or Sephora directly where returns are kindly accepted.
Received Cc cream that already expired more than 2 years( pictured and I haven't opened) emailed Cs and they will do a "one time only courtesy" refund only if I pack and mail all the products back and wait for 30 business days for the refund after they receive the package. Any reputable company would send a new product asap since was entirely wrong to mail such an expired product to the customers at the first place! Very disappointed! On top of this, I try to post my experience on their website and it has been moderated.
I have placed two orders over the past few months. Both times I received something completely different than what I ordered.
Placed an order and immediately realized there was an old address. I tried to cancel order and there was no option. I contacted customer service (yes, it was at 4:55) and the girl said I contacted the wrong number. I verified what was on site and what was on my call log and it was the same number. Apparently she didn't want to get stuck working past 5 and lied. Emailed customer service and they said once order is placed there is nothing they can do. This whole time I was also trying to get a person on chat and I kept getting the run around trying to get a person. By the time it said I was "holding" for a person, a minute later it said they were closed. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again!
I ordered an ecard for friends birthday last week. Still have not received it. I have emailed and called and been told they would send right away which was over 8 hours ago. I'm still waiting. Most businesses you get immediately after payment approved. I dont know what to do!
Had a product "auto shipped" without my consent. When the agent tried to explain the reason, she simply could not. I had a random charge taken out of checking account; for a product I did not order. I have not ordered a product from IT Cosmetics since 11/25/22 and it DOES NOT show auto ship. I attempted to get a refund for the unauthorized charge and/or speak to a supervisor; both were refused.
This was a horrific experience and is still unresolved.
As a consumer, this is unacceptable.
I did order some stuff 26th November, but never got my parcel, when I contacted them 10th of December they said parcel was send back to warehouse as I didn't collect it... Unfortunately DPD never informed me its ready to collect. I was asked to wait couple more days and they will do full refund but its 13th January and all I hear from them is to wait longer. Its a joke. They happy to keep their products and still money from customers. I paid £92. How low it is. Today I emailed them again and all I got they will inform me what is happening in couple of days. Will never do order again.
I have waited nearly 3 weeks for my order to arrive. When I called Customer Service they played the blame game with UPS/USPS and took no responsibility. I was told to continue to "track" my order, which has not been updated on the tracker for 4 days! This is by far the worst customer service and shipping I have had this holiday season. An apology over blame goes a long way to customer satisfaction!
I am giving 1 start because i cant give none. Ordered the cosmetics on Nov 20th. The shipment has not progressed from Nov 24th. I called customer service 3 times. No result. They are refusing to give me answers. And not only that. They have charged my credit card.
It has good coverage it feels like on the skin it doesn't settle in all my lines but it has this smell that just stinks to high heaven and nobody wants to go around with a stinky face all day if they could fix that they would have a 10 Star review.
I use confidence in a cream and love it! At the age of 53, I am so worried about fine lines snd wrinkles creeping up on me. My skin has changed and gotten so dry as I've aged and the confidence in a cream soaks in and keeps my skin soft and feeling smooth. I've recommended it to my son as well because he has dry skin under his beard. He loves it too. My daughter uses the same cream and started using it in her mid 20's. She's going to have great skin for life!
I never really used skin care products very often and have to say unfortunately I've neglected my skin until I was in my late 40's. If you want to maintain youthful skin, start in your 20's with a good cleanser and moisturizer. Protect your skin from the sun too.
As far as ordering online, I only order when it's on sale because it's pretty expensive. I've always received my orders within a few weeks at the most, usually just 1. I tried a foundation and it was too heavy for my taste. I returned it with no issue, within 30 days, just paid the return shipping on it.
As I've developed lines, most foundations accentuate the lines as the day goes on. My suggestion is to go to a store that sells it cosmetics products and try them from there to see if you like them. Once you decide what works for you, order it online. I don't use autoreplinish because I never seem to be able to get the timing right and end up with too much or not enough. I just order as needed.
I was given an offer of bogo. I ordered 2 different items, 2 of each. I have called 5 times and placed on hold 20 to 45 minutes. I got 2 of one item and 1 of the other. All they had to do was to send me missing item free of charge. However they have chosen not to do it. IT has the worst and stupidest customer service. I would give them ZEO rating if I could. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
Do not order anything on this website this is SCAM! I ordered cc cream on 3/3/2022 I received email saying that the delivery estimate is 3/7/2022. 3/10/2022 tracked my order it says this tracking number isn't correct. They gave me fake tracking number so I get contact with them on online and ask where is my order. They said my order was refused and the item is on it's way back to their company so I told them to refund my money they said when they received the item then they will. I ask them why and how it got refused? They said they don't know and just gave me a fake tracking website. What kinda $#*! is that right? This is a scam DO NOT buy anything from them they just take your money and never send whatever you order.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. I placed an order and IT Cosmetics UK sent the wrong shade. It is clearly their error. They refuse to send out the shade I ordered until they receive the product back. It is their error and it is very inconvenient for me to package and send back and then wait for them to send me what they should have sent in the first place. I have no car or printer and also I am putting myself and others at risk with Covid 19 restrictions by taking an additional unnecessary outing to the post office. They also refuse to make it right by shipping the correct product and a return label for me to return the erroneous product. They have lost a customer. I cannot recommend that anyone trust them with your hard earned money. The have lacked the integrity to make right their own error. Most companies are very good about fixing their mistakes and will do it right away.

Answer: I have had the big jar of confidence in a cream which lasts me about 6 months. I also use confidence in a night cream which lasts about as long. I've ordered 2 at a time online and the 2nd jar did NOT go bad. When ordering online I feel I get "fresher" product that hasn't been sitting in a storage room or on shelf for a long time.
Answer: Yes, my cream lasts all day. When I wear foundation, rarely, it lasts all day.
