Stay away, I thought I was on the IRS.GOV, THIS WEBSITE Looks just like it. They charge for something that is free. I canceled the minute I realized I was scammed and it was when I subbmitted my credit card. The lady told me she just works there and would try but it may take 5 days to get my money back and they still will chareg me $75 cancellation fee. Total scam. Also the charge you to get your EIN number.
This website purports to be able to obtain an EIN number from the IRS for a dead person's estate. It charges $150 to do so. In fact, an EIN number is available from the IRS for FREE. In addition, any third party who tries to get an EIN number for an estate (that is, anyone other than the Executor) must have written authorization from the Executor to do so, and if lacking that, the third party is acting illegally. Therefire, IRS-EIN-application.com is acting illegally in trying to provide this service.
THIS IS A FRAUD. THEY POSE AS THE IRS AND TAKE MONEY FOR A SERVICE THAT IS FREE. AT THE TOP OF THERE WEBSITE THEY POSE AS IF THEY ARE THE IRS. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM AND I HOPE THAT THEY ARE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY.
*****If I leave in New York I have no business doing EIN in Cincinnati OH *******-0038
I already had a business tax identification, but since I change my business name I thought that they were going to update my new business name on it, I went online to search for the government site to do it, but the first one that I got was
https://irs.ein-federal-tax-id.com/IRS/
OR
ein-federal-tax-id.com IT IS NOT FOR THE IRS BECAREFUL!
This the REAL IRS SITE
Employer ID Numbers | Internal Revenue Service
IRS (.gov)

My advice to you if you are doing business for the 1st time maybe you don't know about this kind of thieves on the street and the internet, and they are part as they said of IRS BUREAU. I called IRS they told me that they will never charge me because it is for free, and they advice me to use the EIN that I had before.
Not only that they sent me letter by stated that YOU'RE ALREADY HAD A BUSINESS EIN, AND STILL WITHDRAWN THEIR $299.00 without doing anything for me and I called my credit card and placed a disput.
Their web site is misleading. The IRS online site will do the same for free and ask the same questions.
Fraud posing as an IRS service site. I am now trying to get a refund of the $249 they charged my credit card.
This company is the first one that pops up (thanks a lot, Google) and the first letters in the address are IRS. The logo, the form, are all mirrors of the IRS page, and there are reams and reams of Terms of Service; apparently there may be some tiny tiny place that says they are a 3rd party "provider". What they provide is nothing that you can't get from the IRS for free. BEWARE of these schmucks, they get all sorts of information that is private.
This company's web site mimics the official IRS.gov site to lure the unsuspecting in, and then they charge ASTRONOMICAL fees to complete applications that are totally free from the IRS. DO NOT BE DRAWN INTO PAYING ENORMOUS FEES to complete FREE IRS FORMS. BUT WAIT, THERS MORE! Not only does this company charge HUGE FEES to process FREE APPLIATONS, but how does anyone know if this company is protecting the extremely confidential information the IRS needs to complete those applications? Who can tell what is being done with personal information like SSN Numbers! IT IS VERY DANGEROUS to provide any personal information to this company! They can (and probably DO) sell it--which is more likely than not how most of there income is generated.
This company--and companies like it--is PREDATORY and needs to be shut down! Legislation to eliminate this and similar predator companies must be supported. Call your congressmen, let them know about this company, and tell them to support legislation to put an end to it and all like it.
Paid $147 and never heard from anyone again. Appears to be an IRS website-is not. Do not proceed with application.
This is a complete fraud! EINs are free. This company should be shut down.
They trick yo into thinking you need them to file your EIN.
SCAMM!
Interesting analysis - Speaking of which if people require a DD 1750, my company filled out a sample form here http://pdf.ac/aaUPev.
TAX-ID's are free through the IRS.GOV site but this company charges you $185 to file for a tax-id that is issued by the IRS. RUN! DO NOT USE.
