I spent $1111. 00 on solar panels and batteries still waiting 3 months later. I checked out the reviews on the page and everything looked in order but when I checked for reviews online outside of their web page the stories are all similar they do not post out major purchases then you spend the next 6 months chasing down your products it seems to be multiple sites offering same items and giving out the same excuses please do not buy from them

Incredibly impressed with the professional efficiency and customer service provided by this company.
Navigating through the endless options for solar power installation can be incredibly daunting. After having read other positive reviews I decided to go ahead with this company. From the very first phone call, right through to installation, my experience with them was of utmost satisfaction. The whole process was quick, efficient and hassle free with a very short waiting time ( around 2 weeks). The team that installed the system were also very respectful, professional and efficient in their work.

This business is a pain in the arse to deal with. They Sent the wrong led lamp and they are impossible to get in contact with. They drop ship so be prepared to wait for your item to come from China. And that's if they send you the correct stuff in the first place! Stay well away from ipower because you'll most likely lose your money!

So we ordered 3 batteries over 12 months ago on express delivery they still have not turned up but after 2 months they refunded the express component. Still no communication as to when batteries will arrive. No communication at all

Order had to wait guess of all this cover delays came faster than all my other orders
Works instantly great and better than advertise to me will return for more gadgets 'I can say that I am quiet happy with my purchase price and delivery

Bought 2x 200ah lithium batteries from them. Neither had the amp hours marked on the battery and both batteries tested at 2 different battery shops proved to be duds. Neither took charges. Have been trying for 8 months now to get my money back and reported to Fair Trading and the police. Multiple company registrations. Beware!

May 2022: I was with iPower for MANY years. I saw that my credit card was charged $17.99 and called asap to to see that is was for one of the url's that I no longer use so I cancelled. Months later I call them and ask why can't I get into my account? They said because I stopped payment to cancel the url. I asked customer service to let me see my account to understand what is going on. These $#*!s wanted $17.99 + $10 or $15 for me to access and account I had with them for many years. What a POS company. GO ELSEWHERE

I received a used and incomplete LED corner lamp unit. When I asked for a replacement or refund, I received a sarcastic email telling me to return the box to China before a refund, with no details or address.

Ordered electric massage chair from these bloody scammer. Paid $300 but never hear from them. It's been 2 month never receive delivery. This is greatest fraud ever.

Bought a chair September 2021. They keep sending me same email saying it's on its way and will be 65 days. No response They are a scam company. Do not use them.

We've been connected to iPower for about 6 months now I think. Really happy with products. Great customer service when I had to call them and we are pleased to be supporting a honest business. Recommend.

No phone number, no tracking, no address one sentence emails, if they responded. I spent $8000. 00 of products and nothing has arrived after four months

Want to receive emails from their staff member James who is a complete IDIOT and by just reading his email responses you will lose IQ points? Then purchase from these scammers, because I can guarantee with 100% certainty you'll need to contact these idiots BUT you also won't get a straight answer from them!
Want to ask for a refund for a product and delivery that you have paid for? Of course ipower is the place to go... but you won't get your money back!

Purchased 2x new 130 amp lithium batteries. When they arrived they both looked like they were used and one was damaged. Both were flat. Only one charged up the other has not. After several tests The battery that did charge up is at best a 100 amp battery as I can only draw 65amps before losing charge.
They proclaim to ship out of Australia however you cannot return the product their as it is only a third party dispatch centre. Very misleading.
Numerous emails to try and rectify and their response from i power was to return to HongKong with no return address given or phone number.
Do not deal with this company unless you like giving away money. They are scammers and should not be allowed to trade.

This company is a big scam- they are not answering your questions - I purchased a blue ebike for $1100 and they sent the wrong colour when I emailed them they said the blue one is much cheaper! I don't care if it is much cheaper, I wanted a blue one! There is no red version of that bike on their website! They are a big scam- it has been more than a month I am talking with them and still no solid answer for sending the proper item.

No responsible customer service. They ignore your emails. Very long and delayed delivery. Do not expect on-time delivery and there is no way to track your order. If you are so lucky, you will get your order delivered, but no guarantee that you will receive what you ordered! Low-quality batteries and, absolute waste of money.
