I have now used iPostal1 for 3 locations for my business. I had previously used them when we were travelling full-time. The service is always spectacular at each location and the forwarding shipping is fast. It is also very easy to instantly shred or discard junk mail. When I call a location and talk to an agent there, they are always polite, responsive, flexible and know the details of how the virtual mailbox works. I highly recommend for travelers, businesses and personal use.
I'm getting the services I signed up for and expected, so I'm pretty happy. Packages are being handled and scanned promptly and legibly, I get good feedback on my Inbox page (and maybe more emails than I need, considering), and forwarded mail and packages all arrive in great condition. Trying my first consolidation mailing today - I expect I will see something well-packed. I haven't gone there yet with bundles or with any kind of shredding services but I confidently expect to do so and to do well with them.

Good location (I needed your zip code...:-@), also good for visiting physically if ever I need to do so, and the services are just right. Plenty of flexibility built-in to do what I want with my mail, and so far pricing has been quite reasonable.

Portal is easy to use. IPostal1 experience has been meeting my expectations and I'd recommend it. I wish the pick-up of physical mail process was easier, like expanded hours or a 24/7 self-service option after you make a pick-up appointment ahead of time. It's been difficult to get to the mail office during work hours (M - F 9 am - 5 pm).
I knew I'd be moving/travel a few times over the next year and I wanted to have as much of my mail streamlined to one address so that I didn't have to keep changing my address or risk loosing mail.

Quick and easy to set up, with no frills or unnecessary features that'd overcomplicate things. I sent two "test" letters after signing up and purposely omitted various combinations of the company name, recipient on file, and address 2 details. Both letters made their way to my inbox without delay!
I appreciate the ability to retrieve my mail with as little as a 15-minute notice. Upon arrival, it's a quick in and out and I'm on my way to my next errand before I know it. I like the people too. They're friendly and seem like folk who can make any task enjoyable.

Everything works perfectly! I receive all letters, the address is accepted by the DMV and other government agencies. Some banks do not accept addresses for opening credit cards.

While we do have many customers who successfully use their iPostal1 addresses for official registration purposes, ranging from registering businesses to obtaining driver's licenses as you mentioned, we highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. The regulations on things like this vary from state to state, so we cannot guarantee that you will be able to use the address for your desired purpose.

Very convenient and simple. I love that I can see what comes in via text/ email and am able to schedule pickup or trash it. It almost feels as if I have a personal assistant for my mail.

iPostal1’s developmental roots go back over 20 years to when software engineer and CEO Jeff Milgram's first business, an educational software company, took off and became the largest shipper in the region.
Next, Jeff opened a shipping store and was able to take advantage of shipping discounts obtained from all the major carriers. He came to better understand the shipping industry, and in 2007, he revised his business approach to focus on renting Digital Mailboxes and forwarding packages to remote international clients. In 2013, with that space attracting the attention of new and much larger players, the company pivoted and repurposed its Digital Mailbox platform.
Jeff launched iPostal1 in 2015 and built the company on what has been an extraordinarily successful business model.
