This apparently used to be a legitimate non-profit resource. Now it appears to have gone defunct and turned into be a for-profit essay mill run by Learneo according to the terms of service.

The signup page appears to have some false and misleading advertising: "Create a free account now. Get instant access to over 1 million essays."

However, when I create an account, the lowest price offer is "$7 for 7 days, Then billed $29.95/month if you do not cancel."

Perhaps this is a mistake. Perhaps is false advertising. In either case, I feel mislead. IPL shows "create a free account now", but it is not possible to access any full essays with the free account, only paid accounts have access to the full essays. Please fix your website to be consistent with what advertise. I want my time back.

I hope that they will fix this error, otherwise Google may start ranking this website lower in the future.

Every essay I opened had a great beginning, but as I read them through, there were a bunch of repetitive sentences and mumblings. A couple of topics were combined in one essay, with no proper paragraphs, and no solid conclusion. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Not worth it

This is a great tool for high school and college students. It walks one through the essential steps on how to 'ace' a research paper. It's very friendly, does not talk-down to anyone, and helps coalesce the concept of creating such a document - makes it less threatening.

Ipl2 is the result of a merger of the Internet Public Library (IPL) and the Librarians' Internet Index (LII).

Do your high school OR college student a favor, and pass this web site along!

Happy research.
