“Check the seller's reviews before you BUY”

I have been ordering from this site for over a year and i love it. You have to the seller's REVIEWS before you place a order. There are some scams. I got scammed one time and the seller is no longer listed. Ever since then, I check the seller's history and reviews before any purchases. It does take a while for you to get your products but it is worth it. Most of the stuff isn't too expensive anyway, so when i got scammed, i was mad but i was also glad it was only a few bucks.

This site caters to people who want to buy products from overseas markets such as China and India. Items imitate famous brands such as Nike and Samsung. Prices are cheap because they are replica items. Nonetheless, experience depends on vendor. This site allows just about any vendor to sell merchandise. Thus, chose wisely! I have received fair quality merchandise for cheap prices in reasonable shipping time. I also have ordered product from this site and received nothing at all. IOffers' refund policy is catered to protect the company itself.

I have received some good products from the sellers on here. I have also not received anything from some sellers and it has been over 2 months. I received 2 coats that were too small although I ordered a size up. I have also received a watch that looked like a toy model. It is not worth it to return it because of the shipping costs and they know this. It is very hard to track stuff until it arrives on the US side. Remember to read the reviews for each seller and be careful. Some of these people are shady.

I can see there are many "haters" posting negative reviews.

Well, as a matter of facts there is a lack of customer protection and iOffer.com should change that for surer!

This is just my opinion only. I ordered the Barbara Eden cd, The price was right and it is a hard album to find. I've seen them from $50 bucks to almost a $1,000 dollars. I don't know where these guys are coming from but it's not worth it to me. I don't pay more than a regular price for a disc. I'm not rich but I do like music. I love the music from the 20's thru the 70's. I saw this Barbara Eden cd for $19.98.My price range, so I ordered it. Two days later It showed up in my mail box. Very quick service. I opened the package and found the case was broken. It did protect the cd and you don't play the case. I can over look that part of it. Now, this is the part I'm disappointed in. I downloaded it on my computer and found that it doesn't down load the titles. It is all Track 1, 2, 3 and so on.The order of the songs on the cd is all mixed up also. They don't follow the order what's on the little pamphlet that came with it. Now I have no titles and their not in order so I have know way of knowing where the songs are. You can't even write in your own titles or at least I can't. With all that said, I do have to give out points and say that the sound is pretty good.At least I have the cd with her picture on the cover. There is a larger fold out photo of her there too.The next question is,'Would I order from them again'. If I found something that I liked and can't find it anywhere but with them and again, under $20.00. I probably would. I would like to thank 'The Music Box' guy for sending it to me. I have to write him a thank you note and mail it to him because I can't find any email address for him.He does have a return address on the package that the cd came in. This is my story and I'm sticking to it as the old song goes.

I was a seller on ioffer at two different times. I was an excellent seller who made damn sure the customer was satisfied. Dont forget it's not the website that makes the website good or bad, it's the sellers who make it good or bad. And yes, there are a LOT of rip off sellers who cheat, false advertise, and can be flat out rude. I could list a number of them, but that would be rather tacky wouldn't it?

So my advice to you all is two things. Buy from American sellers and stay away from Asian sellers. They cant speak English hardly at all and are all out for the American Dollars that gullible Americans keep giving them. Read the ad description as best you can, and if you see that the wording looks like a kindergarten student wrote it, you can bet it's not an American.

Secondly, use paypal unless you have had success with a certain seller sending checks or money orders. Paypal is excellent about protecting or refunding ripped off consumers. However, paypal is now cracking down on all sellers (regardless of website) who are NOT selling authentic material. Trust me, many sellers cannot accept paypal any longer because of this. If you paid with paypal, and your merchandise is NOT authentic (and that even goes for copied dvds or cds (dvd-r or cd-r) you can contact paypal's user agreement people by emailing *******@paypal.com and their paypal accounts will be closed PERMANENTLY! They wont even be able to BUY anything for themselves using paypal.

The biggest fault I have with ioffer is that they dont screen their sellers and dont do a damn thing when a customer has a complaint. They always tell you to contact paypal or your local attorney generals office.

I have ordered about 20 items-some were not good some were good-I did get scammed once-don't pay with PayPal-there is no way to cancel payment if you see that the seller is a scammer. Look at the reviews and see if the sellers items have good reviews-I made the mistake of ordering two items from the scammers-order one item and see if they are legit first don't order many items at once.

Ordered and paid for item. Thought I would never received item, which was paid for thru paypal. Filed complaint with paypal and they put item in dispute. Seller finally sent item but it did take roughly 25 days to get. Now that I know it can take a very long time to receive, I may order again. Item was beautiful and exactly as I had ordered. Ioffer has many many different sellers and I may have happened to get a very average one, I don't know, but I was very surprised after thinking I had lost my money and would not receive item. I did contact paypal and updated them on the arrival of the purchase.

( ORIGINAL REVIEW FEB27) NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER ORDER FROM iOFFER. I ordered a pair of football boots from one of the third-party sellers (wanliaa) on the ioffer website in late-DEC 2016. As of FEB 27,2017, I have never received my order. At the time of ordering I was given a 'Tracking' number which has NEVER been received/scanned into the postal system here in Australia. The seller refuses to re-send the order or give me a refund so I lodged a 'Complaint' Report through the ioffer website. IOFFER claim they are only a 'Marketplace' website and are unable to force sellers to re-send orders or give refunds. Totally useless website. IOffer leave you at the mercy of dodgy sellers. Avoid iOffer at all costs.

( UPDATE REVIEW FEB28)The next day after I wrote the initial bad feedback for the iOFFER site, I went back into iOFFER website to check my feedback I had left for the seller who ripped me off. Surprised to find my original feedback had moved from Page 7 on FEB27 to Page 22 the next day ( FEB28), along with the other negative feedback by another customer. Is this iOFFER or the bad seller (wanliaa) attempting to bury the negative feedbacks they receive. Will be interesting to see what page of the seller's feedback listings it is on tomorrow ( MAR1.)

(ADDITIONAL UPDATE APR8) This paragraph has been done on APR8. In mid-March, I received an email from iOFFER stating they have requested seller (wanliaa) give me a refund. The seller emailed iOFFER (and a copy to me) saying they have organized a refund. I believed this wasn't going to happen. As I regularly do on-line banking, I kept an eye out for such an entry. To my surprise today (APR 8) I have received a FULL refund to my credit card. I therefore change my review from terrible to average. I don't know why the change of heart from both iOFFER and Seller. Maybe the very-poor review I left, which both iOFFER and Seller want removed, which I have said I will now do. Maybe iOFFER read such reviews on websites such as this one (sitejabber.com) and want to improve their image. Be careful if ordering from iOFFER and if you do have trouble with your order 1. Lodge a Complaint report with iOFFER. 2. Write extremely BAD feedback that the seller won't want to have other buyers see - in my original feedback, I accused the seller of being a thief not giving me a refund or resending my order. And 3. Send continual emails to both so they know you won't go away easily. Some buyers have no trouble, others do so be careful.

I ordered Mister Ed--The Complete Series from *******@gmail.com (seller name: avantgarde101) and it was missing the first 2 episodes from season 4. The seller claimed they got the series from someone else and refused to take any responsibility for the missing episodes. Beware--this is NOT the complete Mister Ed series and the seller couldn't care less.

I-Offer.com is a China based company, so most items are shipped directly from China which usually takes two weeks to receive. Approximately 98% of the items are replicas. Some sellers will tell you their items are authentic, but please keep in mind the price ratio to what you are purchasing. If it's a $3500, Chanel bag selling for $200, you've guessed it, it's a knock-off. Also, be careful to read the sellers feedback. I would not recommend shopping with a seller that has zero (0) feedback or you may run the risk of being ripped off. There are some really good, honest sellers on I-Offer.com, but beware there are just as many crooks selling there too. It's much like E-Bay as far as offering a wide variety of items; but you don't bid, you simply make an offer and wait to see if the seller accepts or you can "buy it now" for the asking price. I would recommend this site only if you proceed with caution and are knowledgeable about what you're purchasing. E-Bay offers great buyer protection, I-Offer does not. If you choose to do business with I-Offer, I suggest only using PayPal for payment. PayPal will cover your loses if a problem should arise. The moral of this story is, always be an informed buyer and if it looks too good to be true, it probably is.

You will hear more people complain about $#*! than praise it. I got what paid for 3x. Like some stupid idiots here I'm not going to spend $100 or $1000 of dollars on something I can't see in real life. If you compare the prices of the products on ioffer to what you purchase in a highly marked up product in a western country you are paying peanuts. Just remember most things are made at low cost in china now like iPods iPhones and designer clothes (American Olympic Uniforms) and then sold in your country by huge western corporations with a huge profits by marking the prices up 100 to 1000%. Which I think is a rip off. So I'm fine with buying low cost items here. Just be aware who you deal with.

Probably Safe.

I do not know the ioffer.com site, but I would say that any site using Western Union as their preferred payment method is not to be trusted.

However, this is a quote from the ioffer.com site:
"How do I pay for a purchase?

For your safety, DO NOT complete any transactions outside of iOffer via Western Union or direct bank/wire transfer.

All purchased items are located under My iOffer > Buying > Items Bought.

Click on the Checkout link to pay for a purchase. Use a secure payment method to pay the seller, as sellers are responsible for receiving payments and shipping items."
