I had previously went to a local pool shop to order a replacement pump for my pool because my pump motor had went out. I purchased the pump and was told it was a "replacement " for my Hayward pump. I brought pictures of the pump and serial number as well. After getting home I noticed the pump didn't have a switch, the strainer bowl was significantly smaller, it had a 3 prong outlet plug index of the twist lock(not a bit deal I just switched it with my old pump harness), and it only drew 9 amps instead of 15. At this point the shop was closed on Sunday. So I installed the pump and noticed a much lower operating pressure and water output than my previous unit. The price was also significantly higher. The filling day I contacted said shop, talked to a different employee and stated my issues and was told I could return the pump. The unit I had purchased from my local dealer was just a generic unit and I was charged as much as a genuine Hayward replacement unit. If I had wanted that I would have bought one from inyopools.com and not been charged the extra $125.

At this point I had contacted a customer service representative at inyopools.com and told them my issues, gave them the same information and he gave me 2 options for replacement pump/motor assemblies along with explaining the differences between the two. After making a decision and purchasing the unit, 2 days later the correct pump arrived. It is installed again for the 3rd time and everything works great.

They Won't give you a refund unless the reason that you're returning the item is their fault for whatever reason.
Please remember when ordering from them that you won't need to return it..

Inyo Pools website makes it easy to navigate and find the exact parts I needed for my specific (new to me) pool. Not only does Inyo have the actual parts, but they also have DETAILED INFORMATION! This is something I find lacking in much of the 3rd party online pool parts sites I've looked at as well. Not to mention the price was reasonable, purchasing process was simple, and I received my order multiple days sooner than I had expected. I can't discount the FREE Pool Care Guide that has valuable information for a novice pool owner like myself. Inyo Pools will be my go-to online resource for parts and information going forward.

We received our parts on time, in great condition and got the right parts the first time. Their web site is easy to navigate and very well organized to find the items We were looking for.

Placed an order for a pool heat pump on 5/12/2019. Stated earliest delivery would be May 16th. The shipment arrived at local shipment venter on Monday May 20th. Called them for delivery time and date and no one can has given me a correct date. It has been pushed back every day. INYO Pools called them Friday 5/24 at 2pm and they told them they could only speak with me and if called them right way they could try for Tuesday May 28th. The installer was scheduled for the 25Th! To make matters worse when I called they had apparently closed early. I found the same unit on Amazon with same price and guaranteed 2 day delivery! Should have looked at Amazon first will not make that mistake again.

Great price for exactly the right pool pump motor and seal kit. Delivery on time and the motor is installed. A pleasure doing business with Inyo Pools.
