Everything showed up as expected. Never had an issue with the delivery.
This was a VERY disappointing service buying direct from your website. Customer service was terrible when I called to advise I did not originally received my product, the response was we have to file a claim. There was no much communication on your CSR end of the call to calm my concerns on 'where is my product'. I was tracking my item and noted the day it was supposedly delivered, it was not. I called to understand what your policy was for replacement, I had to ask if there would be a follow up email confirming our call.
Finally a week later, a strange came to my door claiming my package was indeed delivered to a incorrect address. I would have expect additional follow up from your customer service. My husband has bought many of your watches from a invicta TV show and has NEVER had an issue.
These NFL Watches are better than in the pictures. And the pictures are fantastic! I wasn't expecting such an amazing piece of art... These NFL Watches get so much attention when I wear them. They are AMAZING!
