I sent in 2 watches for repair that cost me $70 before they even left my house. $28 each for the repair evaluation and $14 for the shipping. Received an email that stated that 1 watch would cost $159 and the other $138. I replied back to them and told them to return them without doing the repairs. Receive a call from IWSC telling me that they would now do all the work for $100 so I agreed. Next email came to me a week later telling me that all of a sudden I need a new casing for my watch and it was going to now cost $149. I once again told him to send it back without repairing it as the casing was absolutely fine when it was shipped. Now, 1 week later the watch was delivered back to me with the pin missing and the watch band was apart. Now they will not send me the pin that belongs to me with out me sending the watch to them again. Just curious on the 11 point evaluation inspection that the $28 was for, How did they miss my supposed broken casing? Oh yeah, when I received the watch back with the missing pin, my casing is still absolutely fine. Guessing that they are not intelligent enough to look up my model # and send me a pin.
Nothing but shady people. Unfortunately I would never buy an Invicta watch again with the thought of ever dealing with these crooks again. While the watches were supposedly getting repaired, I bought 7 Invicta watches for all of my Groomsman in my wedding and have since then returned them all so they would never have to deal with this.
Could not ask for a better quality or a good looking watch. It has all the whistles and settings that you could ask for or get in a watch. Thanks Invicta
I have always been a fan of large watches and invicta has cornered the market. Invicta stores has a good selection and I took advantage of the black Friday sale.
We received our watch and appreciated the sale pricing. The watch was as expected but the face was a little large. Measurements of face should be included in the details of the watch.
I received my watch. However the website showed a different limited edition case for the watch than what I received. Would much rather have had the limited edition one advertised with the watch.
This is one of my best purchase, good price, delivery on time, i love this product, good experience from the store. This is one of my favorite invicta for my collection

Horrible! I did not receive what I ordered. I ordered what was advertised as a Swiss Made watch. I received one that was not Swiss Made. All descriptions said Swiss Made. Bait and switch. Fraud.
When I received the watch, I open the box and tried the watch on, it did not work. The quantity control person did not check the watch before shipping.
The sundials on the watch I received was the exact same color as the dial. The watch that was shown in the picture that I ordered showed the sundials were a slightly different blue color.
Ordered a watch for my husband and it came in faster than expected ship date, absolutely gorgeous! Definitely ordering again from them within the next month!

Love my watches, they look great for the price definitely will buy again. Shipping too expensive. But quality and elegance make invicta a nice brand to wear
When I opened the box I immediately noticed that the "swing arm" which operates pusher 'A' was missing from the watch (model #1323). After unpacking the box completely, I found the arm & screw that holds it in place, in the bottom corner of the yellow Invicta box. Fortunately, I had the tools & ability to put the watch back together. The last thing that I would want to do is to send it back to Invicta for repairs. My experience with the company has proven that while I like their watches, their customer service (or lack thereof) is the worst that I have ever encountered. FYI, I am a highly educated 75-year old adult who has had a lot of experience dealing with many things throughout my life. Also, I find it hard to believe that whoever handled/packaged this watch failed to notice that a major part of the watch was not attached, as it was supposed to be. I have a large collection of Invicta watches purchased from Amazon, Ebay, Evine, Invicta retail stores, & many other independent retailers. I have had more problems with defective watches & customer service issues dealing with Invictastores.com than all of the other vendors combined. The problem is very simply put that your customer service is non existent.
My husband loved it. It looks wonderful and works excellent! It's worth what it costs! Recieved it quickly and in great conditions by fedex! Couldn't ask for more! Very happy with this buy!
The watch is beautiful but came with a dead battery! That is my only complaint. For these prices I shouldn't have to go buy a new battery the day I receive it and it was a gift!
I bought a C3PO watch for my fiancé for Christmas. He absolutely loved it! Its a beautiful watch, excellent quality and was delivered very quickly! I would definitely purchase from Invicta again!
Bought a watch on the fact that i was promised a 60% discount, didnt happen! Would not have bought the watch without discount! You guys are liars and i will never buy from you again!
