The environment is very friendly. You'll meet great coworkers and encouraging team leaders. There is also free covered parking for employees, which is good. However, the environment remains stressful despite these. Moreover, there is almost no room for growth or advancement here because the company doesn't want to invest in their employees. Training are very rare limited, and the process for promotion remains unclear to almost all of us. Additionally, upper management has significantly worsened recently. It was just okay before, but now it has become appalling.
