I have been preferring to use Integra customer support for my customer correspondence. Owing more than a business, I have been struggling to handle my clients with their queries and was unable to support them at times. Moving on with such situation, few of my clients had given up my service. At that time, I was about to know about Integra and was even a worthwhile that I heard them at right time. After, outsourcing my customer service to them, I feel better and they have even shown up their abilities to be an outstanding one. Yes, I have now obtained few more clients for my business. I'm thoroughly happy with their customer service. Thanks for Integra!

THE WORST EHR
November 7, 2023

Integra EHR/ EMR is the worst ever use. Over promised under delivered. Very dishonest company - will not recommend to anyone. Gave us an empty shell 3 years ago and told you build your own EHR- still not fully functional - NO standrad labs, chemotherpy regimens, radiology tets etc - pure torture over last 3 years I have to use. You have to beg the team to add new and every chemotherapy regimen. DO NOT USE IT RUN AWAY FROM IT. Integra team does not like and shuts you off if you complaint. LEDERSHIP TELL TEAM MEMBERS- DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS DOCOTR AS HE IS A COMPLAINER. Even Integra team insider told us this company do not listen to end users- docotrs. A TOTAL PIECE OF JUNK
