I have been a loyal customer to Intact insurance for almost ten years. I have had an immaculate driving record. No demerits or driving offences, no outstanding tickets and only one accident in December 2013 that didn't involve another vehicle I drove over what I thought was just snow however, it had a massive chunk of ice under it that created damage therefore I apparently was still " at fault" I do very little driving, I have never missed a payment and I have asked my insurance company why my rates keep increasing when they should be going down? The response I keep getting makes absolutely no sense and they are refusing to lower my rates? I have gotten several other quotes that drastically lower my rates with a massive savings of $60 a month! I've been ripped off and completely taken advantage of by this insurance company. I am a single mother on disability due to unfortunate health circumstances therefore every penny counts! I do not know anyone else who pays as much as I do? I am extremely disappointed with this company, they have continuously ripped me off for years. I feel taken advantage of and I will never recommend this insurance company to anyone else. They had an opportunity to make it right and their response is ridiculous. Do not use this insurance company they do not care about your loyalty as a customer and have not accommodated me in fact they have left a very bitter taste in my mouth and I am very disappointed with their service.
