Instamojo will not allow me to remove a bank account. I have a backup bank account that should be used but the old bank account, which has zero funds, is getting charged for my purchases. I am up to over $700 in bank fees for insufficient funds for the old account thanks to Instamojo. When you go online, you cannot remove your account it says there are purchases pending, which I know there are not. There is no way to get your bank account removed. Somebody needs to file a class action suit against Instamojo because this is a known issue affecting many users. Damages could be in the millions.
I have heard a lot of them and got trapped in the big name. But now I realize my mistake. They have kept my payment of Rs. 37,000 from last 7 months. I cant count the mails I have sent to them in order to get my payment released but I havent got even a single penny. They are fraud. Sue them

They charged my customer and reported a failed transaction... We asked them for a reversal, and its been a month since they have not reversed the amount to my customer.
