They charged my customer and reported a failed transaction... We asked them for a reversal, and its been a month since they have not reversed the amount to my customer.
Tip for consumers:
They are all frauds, and I will sue them for failing to reverse the unsuccessful transaction. We wrote them multiple emails asking about the payment status, and they kept responding that they were looking into it and would get back to us. since over a month ago, their time has not yet arrived. Do Not put your money and the money of your clients at risk by trusting this company.

I have heard a lot of them and got trapped in the big name. But now I realize my mistake. They have kept my payment of Rs. 37,000 from last 7 months. I cant count the mails I have sent to them in order to get my payment released but I havent got even a single penny. They are fraud. Sue them
Instamojo will not allow me to remove a bank account. I have a backup bank account that should be used but the old bank account, which has zero funds, is getting charged for my purchases. I am up to over $700 in bank fees for insufficient funds for the old account thanks to Instamojo. When you go online, you cannot remove your account it says there are purchases pending, which I know there are not. There is no way to get your bank account removed. Somebody needs to file a class action suit against Instamojo because this is a known issue affecting many users. Damages could be in the millions.
