I gave it a shot and I was missing many groceries. The order was not updated online and it was dishonest. The items were all checked out, I received different items that were not labeled as "substituted" and as for the missing items, I have no idea where they are. I was never given a receipt or contact info. I have been on hold for 3 hours on my cell phone and by the end of the 3 hrs they increased the time and I had to get my kids to bed. So I've emailed with no luck. I called the grocery store for help and their store manager said InstaCart has been hurting a lot of customers. I'm not sure what to do about grocery shopping now with this virus and my kids at home. Thanks for taking my money Instacart. I don't care that they were late, take your time that's fine. I just don't understand why the list they scanned was not honest and why they didn't credit me for the items they didn't have.See critical reviews
