I gave it a shot and I was missing many groceries. The order was not updated online and it was dishonest. The items were all checked out, I received different items that were not labeled as "substituted" and as for the missing items, I have no idea where they are. I was never given a receipt or contact info. I have been on hold for 3 hours on my cell phone and by the end of the 3 hrs they increased the time and I had to get my kids to bed. So I've emailed with no luck. I called the grocery store for help and their store manager said InstaCart has been hurting a lot of customers. I'm not sure what to do about grocery shopping now with this virus and my kids at home. Thanks for taking my money Instacart.I don't care that they were late, take your time that's fine. I just don't understand why the list they scanned was not honest and why they didn't credit me for the items they didn't have.
