This website is a scam. I ordered something right before Xmas (a downloadable pdf) and the link to the pdf never worked. I wrote multiple emails and no one solved the problem. I never ended up getting the item I paid for or a refund. And had to buy somewhere else because it was a Xmas present.

I purchased boots which were my correct size, but were cheaply made and did not fit correctly. After waiting 5 weeks for the boots, after receiving them I immediately initiated a return. The seller return policy has a 14 day return window. But Inspire customer support deceptively claimed the seller did not do returns. They have given me this runaround for 3 weeks now with no customer satisfaction.
I would warn all people never to use this company!

Received ball grinder, next purchased a grinder attached the ball and turned it on.To my surprise the ball vibrated out of control. I compare the vibration to a drill bit when tighten out of sync. Next took it to a welder whom attached it to his new grinder which he experienced the same result. He felt the ball was poorly made thus out of balance. To say the least I will not order anything else from this company.

I was skeptical about ordering from this website as I have never tried them before. I made an order for a Christmas present for my 7 yr old almost a month before the holiday. I received a refund notice I'm assuming because it could not actually be filled for whatever reason only a few days before Christmas...really! At this point I can't get it anywhere else on time. It was a "Santa" gift...so disappointing all around. Not the end of the world, my kids realize they will not get everything they want but it just made me mad because I could have worked around it if I had enough of a heads up.
I thought I would be getting 80% off the price but did not. Coupon codes are not clear. The instructions are very poor. Need better pictures and much better text description on how to put item together.

Three weeks after ordering and paying for my item it has yet to ship. Contacted the company three times and they will not reship or refund my account. I consider them stealing from consumers. I will contact BBB next.

Purchase and delivery went fine. However, they do not tell you the seller's location and make it appear as if the seller is in your home country. Only after the item tracking came up did I find out I was buying from someone in Russia. Unless you've been living under a very large rock, for obvious reasons, Russia is not somewhere I would like to do business with. Contacting customer support, they just kind of shrug their shoulders and say "oh well, your item is on the way", try contacting the seller. Will not use the site again.

Purchase from 'Breck Store' on Inspire Uplift. Spent over $50USD on digital files. Was sent empty files initially and then sent files so BADLY copied they were unusable. Took a month to get a refund back from opening a Paypal case because both the seller and Inspire Uplift failed to fulfil their policies. "Breck Store' also used listing images stolen from stores on Etsy. Very poor form.
I paid for some lamps in November. They money was taken from my account and I thought, now the package is arriving. I wrote too complain in January, they told me sorry and they would send a new package.

It was easy. It took longer than I was told to arrive. The remote control car is super small. I was surprised at how small it is.

I was surprised how small the lighted butterflies and solar pineapple were. Just expected them to be larger. If the dimensions were listed in the "ad", then I missed them and it's my fault. But for the price, thought they would be larger.

I have sent 5 emails to cancel order, as it still has not been packed or shipped.

By mistake, I ordered 2 mugs. I asked to cancel to cancel the second and they cancelled the first which was the wrong mug. $25 mug. Customer service would not exchange it or allow a return. They were rude, argumentative and unhelpful.

This is the biggest scam I've seen. They have no problem taking your money but you never receive your order. They have alot of excuses and send tracking that doesn't mean anything. They do not indicate on their website that the items come directly from china and you will NEVER receive it. They indicate that you will receive your order 7-10 days after a 3 day dispatch. HA HA HA They will not give a refund either. STAY AWAY!
Christmas is coming. This company will jerk you around. I ordered a medium. They sent a medium. It didn't fit. I wanted to exchange the item…the company wouldn't allow return because they say the sent the correct size. It still doesn't fit…but they feel they've done their part. Horrible service. A few things to know. There is no working 800#. Their live chat is only geared toward new purchases. I had a return. Returns are handled by sending an email. The response of both emails occurred at 11:32pm and 12:28 am. The rep from the company (Carly) was argumentative and seemed to be more concerned about being right than taking care of my issue. I ordered a pair medium women leggings. I wear a medium. They sent a medium, but it fits much more like a small. It does not fit me. I asked if I would get a refund upon returning item. A yes or no question. Carly, in what seemed to be a snarky tone, told me via email to review their return policy. I'm to be more vigilant about making sure I choose the right size. So, I guess Its my fault this doesn't fit me. This ordeal has fully turned me off from wanting to conduct further business with them I have retured item to mailing address in FL. I will update post after I receive word about whether they simply return my money like I've requested, or if they continue to offer horrible customer service.

Horrible company. Orders take several weeks to arrive because THEY SHIP FROM FREAKIN CHINA though they won't tell you that. Then the sizing is WAY OFF so you have to return for a refund. Well they try to talk you out of a refund, and when you inisist THEY REFUSE TO REFUND. Nearly a month since I returned item, have contacted them and STILL WAITING FOR REFUND. I won't hesitate to take them to court.
