I recently bought two large shirts, the size that I normally wear. They were so undersize I could not button them. You can also see the fabric is very thin.
When I contacted them they told me their return policy was troublesome because it had to go all the way to China... Then they recommended that I give the shirts to somebody else.
Buyer beware!
Received my coat over a month later, the season is over for this kind of coat, wrong color! Wrong pattern! And these people dont know quality is,,, after i bought this merchandise i saw that there was a site for reviews and it wasn t looking good, well i can confirm the same thing these people were saying
Ordered a 2XL T-shirt and received a shirt marked 2XL that would not have fir a 9 year old boy! Tried to return and company said I would have to pay shipping back to China! They started with a 15% refund and after weeks of emails best I could do was a 50% refund. Don't order from this company it's a scam.
I ordered 4 Linen Shirts for this company. I waited 3 weeks for them to arrive. I did not know the company was in CHINA. The medium size shirts were not American Sized. I couldn't get the buttons within even 2" inches of buttoning. (all my shirts are medium) This shirt was an XS in American sizing. When I wrote to return them, It took 2 days for them to get back to me. They told me I would have to pay the Freight back to CHINA, but they would be nice enough not to charge me a 30% re-stock return fee. Plus they would give a discount on future purchases (really?). When I said this was unacceptable, they said I should give the shirts "to a friend" and give me 20% discount. (Buy more when what I have couldn't be exchanged without paying more than the shirts were worth to send them back to China?) TOTAL SCAM- DON"T BUY
There clothing is unwearable and miss sized and you can't return they tell you too expensive to ship to China recommend you give as a gift this is a scam
Bought From Them, And Still Waiting For Refund, After I Had To Pay For Shipping Back Items Over 3 Months And No Refund No Answer.
