HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not too sure how this company is still in business. Accidentally ordered a small shirt for my girlfriend. Immediately emailed customer service asking to send a medium instead. Got an uneducated email from Arielle, The only answers I got are "Ill see what i can do" and "i will contact the warehouse". 5 days go by without an answer or shipment confirmation so i email again. I said, did you get my Medium sent out, I got a reply "I told the warehouse to send a large, if they did or didn't I don't know"

ITEMS ARE FROM SEVERAL DIFFERENT MAKERS. Please keep in mind when choosing what you want from the different brands. That being said, I Have ordered from the site a few times. My 1st dress was too tight and I was given credit to reorder after returning it. All items I've ordered were Good quality. It does take awhile to receive with standard mail so order way ahead if it's for a certain occasion. And I just order a size or two up as a rule when ordering from here now
This review is of their customer service. I purchased a pair of very cute shoes from Inked Shop and the packaging (box) was slightly damaged upon delivery. I didn't think much of it at the time as I was more focused on the shoes. Well the shoes were a bit small so we sent them back (either for refund or exchange - both would've worked). A week later they sent an email that they could not accept them because the package (box) was damaged. I called and left a message but no one called me back. So they SENT THEM BACK to me. I find this kind of customer service ridiculous. I actually could have been a repeat customer but now, because of how they treated this transaction, I have no reason to order from them again. I would warn anyone against buying anything that has a box because if it is damaged, EVEN THROUGH NO FAULT OF THE CUSTOMER, they will not return it.
Be sure to read the Return Policy before making your purchase. Items were shipped without wrapping and arrived broken. One item is not returnable and the other is not worth shipping back.

Turns out IT IS too good to be true. Two orders and both were missing items. The only reason I ordered the 2nd time was because they gave me a gift certificate to apologize.

I am going to a beach party this Saturday and needed a new bikini bottom, I found the cute "Skipper" Bikini Bottom by Fables by Barrie (Black) on their website. I placed the order Sunday a week before, and chose express mail. It took them 2 days to email me, after having paid over $50 for a bikini bottom, they are out of stock, please wait 3-4 business days for the refund. If they had kept their website up to date on what IS in STOCK, I wouldn't have wasted my time and money! Now I have 3 days to find another one, and will probably not get it in time, and THESE PEOPLE are the reason why!

I was worried after I ordered I looked them up and only seen bad reviews. I got my order fast. And love my hoodie. I just ordered another one!
I placed and received my order just fine, unfortunately I needed the next size up. So I emailed the Customer Service email, and got a reply that I had to pay for my own return but that if I put my order number and what I needed to be done, they would take care of it. So ok, not horrible, I can print up my own label. I shipped the return/exchange and it arrived to their Returns Center on 2/13/17. I waited until 2/20/17 to make contact because I had not received a new tracking number or even confirmation that the product had shipped out, I left 3 voice messages, once on the 21st, 22nd, and 23rd and I had sent 2 emails out on the 20th and the 21st. Not a single response. Finally, I reached out to their facebook page, seeing it said they 'typically reply instantly' I thought 'awesome, we can get this taken care of'. I did get in contact with someone through facebook who issued me a refund of my first order in the form of a gift card so I could replace my order, however, going to the next size up, the price went up, and would leave me paying for shipping, yet again. So I explained the situation to them, and kindly asked if I could get shipping reimbursed as well for this second transaction, from then on, they had read the messages, but not responded to anything. As sad as it makes me to say this, I most likely will never order from them again.
I'm not a happy camper about this site. It's not HORRIBLE but I definitely don't like it. I bought a hoodie from them as a gift someone HAD to have and it was like $45 and I found a 20% off coupon as well, which I thought was going to save me some money. WELLLL, the only option for shipping was two day shipping and it was $12.50. Ended up paying $50 for the hoodie, but at least it would arrive super early... I was wrong.
They took the money out of my account immediately, sent me a confirmation number and told me that my package will be sent out shortly. I ordered on a Monday night so I'm thinking with two day shipping it'll get here by Friday at the latest. NOPE. A week and a half later and I still don't have my hoodie. I sent an email stating that I don't see why it should still say "processing" when the money was taken out and the item wasn't out of stock. I used an exclamation point... just one to express my frustration. The next morning I received an email from them saying my package was shipped out and a few hours later I got another email from Eric at customer care saying that my package has been shipped and is in transit... he used an exclamation point as well. I didn't like that.
I'm not happy with them. I felt that his email was sarcastic when I was really upset because I felt that if it was going to take almost two weeks to get an item then I should have another shipping option. Don't think I would order from them again.

I have ordered from Inkedshop plenty of times, I was satisfied with the quality and the shipping INSPITE of the price of the merchandise. HOWEVER, this last order has been nothing short of a nightmare! I ordered a womens dragon T-shirt that IS/WAS in stock. The shipment was later than usual most likely due to covid reasons ( eye roll) and when it finally arrived it wasn`t even close to what I had ordered. They decided to send me a hoodie instead of the shirt I had ordered. I thought maybe just a mix up, no problem I will e-mail and they can sort it out for me. 3 e-mails later... they're response Oh sorry we will get the shirt sent out to you... Asked what I should do with the hooide they had sent me... 2 emails and days later... they're response... Just hold on to it for now they were working on correcting the issue by sending the T-shirt I had ordered... 1Month and 3days later! Still no response and I have also E-mailed them twice more... What more can a person do? I could call. But I am in Canada and the cost of trying to call them and be given the run around would be more than this stupid hoodie is worth! I am certainly NOT upset at the fact that a mistake was made... What really gets me is the fact thtat they flat out ignore me and dont even make an effort to correct their fk up! It's not like this hoodie was cheap either With shipping and everything else it was almost 80$ dollars Canadian :( VERY VERY DISAPOINTED and NEVER shoping with this company again!
