I have ordered from Inkedshop plenty of times, I was satisfied with the quality and the shipping INSPITE of the price of the merchandise. HOWEVER, this last order has been nothing short of a nightmare! I ordered a womens dragon T-shirt that IS/WAS in stock. The shipment was later than usual most likely due to covid reasons ( eye roll) and when it finally arrived it wasn`t even close to what I had ordered. They decided to send me a hoodie instead of the shirt I had ordered. I thought maybe just a mix up, no problem I will e-mail and they can sort it out for me. 3 e-mails later... they're response Oh sorry we will get the shirt sent out to you... Asked what I should do with the hooide they had sent me... 2 emails and days later... they're response... Just hold on to it for now they were working on correcting the issue by sending the T-shirt I had ordered... 1Month and 3days later! Still no response and I have also E-mailed them twice more... What more can a person do? I could call. But I am in Canada and the cost of trying to call them and be given the run around would be more than this stupid hoodie is worth! I am certainly NOT upset at the fact that a mistake was made... What really gets me is the fact thtat they flat out ignore me and dont even make an effort to correct their fk up! It's not like this hoodie was cheap either With shipping and everything else it was almost 80$ dollars Canadian :( VERY VERY DISAPOINTED and NEVER shoping with this company again! And I certainly hope that there aren't too many other out there that have been taken by this company :(
