We purchased a list of Contacts for our company from IGD, however after a few days of vetting the contacts on our list we realized that 70% of the contacts we reached out too were not what we had paid for we asked for a refund, They assured us they would re-do our list and resend we gave them another chance and the same thing happened only this time we received less contacts then originally quoted. We asked for a portion of our money back as were not given the amount of contacts we we're originally quoted and they agreed and said that they send out there refunds quarterly and we would have to wait a few weeks. However it has been over 9 months now and still no refund and they will not return calls or emails and every time someone answers at there office and you explain why you are calling they hang up on you.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the list provided by InfoGlobalData. They delivered new data that supported my business objectives and gave the conversions I've never had before.

We recently purchased data from Infoglobaldata, and we ran email campaign with the list which gave us better results than expected.

Their customer service was responsive and helpful when I needed it. They provided with very accurate data we need and I am sure that we are reaching the right prospects using our marketing campaign.

Our company engaged business with InfoGlobalData for lead generation, and we received horrible service every step of the way.

They provided us with only a file of leads, only one commodity though the briefing was for multiple commodities, and over two-thirds of the included contacts were duplicates. The rest of the given contacts were not relevant to our business, contrary to the initial agreement. Our company sent correspondence over several months to resolve the issue, but we were met with inaction. Calling them would result in their agents issuing threats and shouting. They then acknowledged their mistake and committed to providing a fresh set, but then sent a statement that they don't have the relevant materials, that their staff has no time for a paying client, and that there is not enough data available.

When asked for a refund for not rendering paid for services, they declined by saying that the transaction was from a different accounting period and thus neither refunds nor new lists were not possible. We have had such a terrible experience that we feel it our responsibility to warn everybody against using this company.

They are very friendly and helpful. They called us to make sure what we needed for our campaign and provided the same. The service was more affordable than I'd imagined.

~I, Darren Slade, signed a contract on behalf of the Global Center for Religious Research (GCRR) with Robert Keller of InfoGlobalData.
~The contract was for InfoGlobalData to provide an email list of 2,156 contacts for $539.
~Per the contract, InfoGlobalData guarantees an accuracy level of at least 85% on the email deliverability of the project file.
~However, 359 of the emails bounced, which is an accuracy of only 83.35%.

~I provided Peter Davis (Senior Business Development Manager at InfoGlobalData) with a list of the bounced emails per his request.
~I was told that we would have a replacement list within 48 hours.
~Neither I nor GCRR have yet to receive a replacement list.

~I reached back out to Peter Davis and requested a full refund since InfoGlobalData did not meet their contractual guarantee and did not work to resolve the issue.

~We still have not heard back from InfoGlobalData regarding this issue, and InfoGlobalData has yet to issue a refund.

Very good service, easy to get a tailored list of specific contacts. Fantastic support throughout the process, quick and reasonably priced.
