So far I have ordered with this company 3 -4 times. He very first time ordered 2 sarees and one saree was good and the other one was of different color and they shipped different item number.
Second time one saree and was okay though the blouse stitching was not done well.
Third time ordered 3 items - 2 items were good but the the third item was supposed to arrive within a week, but they didnt send it even after a month and said production delay for a week. Again after another inquiry from me they said they said product has been dis continued and they will offer another product up to 10% of extra value than the original product price i. E. if the new product is up to 10% more than the value of original product.
That means I have to purchase another product of higher price to get 10% extra value from them.
This is basically a rip-off.
1. I have to spend higher money 2. I need to pay higher shipping charge.
Even after I made this very clear to them they refunded me only just the money that I paid in total.
I ordered the item on July 18th and their product discontinue email was received on Aug 24th ( that too after several inquiries from me), though their website was showing the delivery date as july 09th.
So decided not to purchase any more items to them and also will tell all of my friends the same

Also by 10% extra value what we actually mean is, you can buy something else in place of the discontinued product of 10% extra value from the product value which you initially purchased say for eg, if you bought something of 100$ and it got discontinued then you may replace it with the product cost up to 110$.
Will not charge that extra 10$ from you.
10% is a compensation against the cancellation from our side.
Will ensure that such crisis does not take place in the future again
