Very disappointed. Cheap quality and way overpriced.
I purchased 4 items back in May and keep getting update about production delay. Upon further inquiry they then relay that one of the garment is discontinued. Then continues to send delay notifications. Again, upon inquiring they say we have 3 items ready, about to ship. I tell them I ordered 4 items- no answer. Fast forward one week later they tell me that 4 th one is also discontinued. Finally I threatened to refund my money and they sent it in mid June. Compared to that I ordered from mirraw same day and received item by mid May with no issues. I will never order from this site again

I have been very impressed with Amit Kumawat from the measurement team. He went over and beyond to ensure the blouse was fixed and promptly sent a prepaid label, have the blouse fixed and returned to ensure it arrived on our end before the wedding function. I have yet to see the fixed blouse but trust the measurement team must have done a thorough review as they stand by their product.

My dress was late and was still under stitching when it was supposed to arrive. When the dress came, the fit was awful and wasn't properly correct. I bought dresses from this site before and had no issues with the fit, but this time it was horrible.

Their customer service and return policy sucks.
I called with some clarification questions and every single time the person answering the call knows nothing about service so will take message for someone else to call back who never calls back.
The return policy says free returns but it's absolutely not free. You have to pay to return and it's very costly from the United States. They apologize for their mistakes and gives 5%discount on the next purchase which never happens

I have used Indian Wedding Saree in the past and had a great experience with them. However, this time around, I placed an order for 2 girl outfits and there was a delay in one outfit, which delayed the shipment on both outfits. Then, I ordered 2 adult female outfits and there were 2 delays in one outfit, which necessitated my request to have the outfits shipped separately. It was a lot of follow-up and back and forth.

I missed my package delivery date. I had to pay duties in my country, and the Indian Wedding Saree company contacted me by email right away to follow up on my delivery and made sure I got it on time. They were very responsive. I ordered my outfit on May 7 and it was delivered by May 16. Outfit was just as pictured.

The outfit was just 50% to 60% like the picture shown. The outfit is a recreation of the original lehenga. I didn't know that at the time I was buying it. The outfit was ok. I was gonna wear it for an engagement but it is too simple.
