It such a fraud company, always we listen, client is crying and scolding, abusing... etc. Same situation with his employee, not provide salary on time (Mid in month), not provide proper incentive according to his commitment, after that his personal collection (Warning) from employees in this policy they collect min. 500/- from each employee, and salary is 10k- 12k without any PF & ESI. And 10hour work with 30 minute brake. How you (Client) expect reply on time. Any single employee is not happy with his worst management and worst policy, this company not have any fix policy every week ya twice in month make new policy. Suppose if you came late only days (10 minute) then they have deduct half day salary (month salary 10k). I am employee of this company (left just 2 month). I worked here more then 1 year (14month) i give a proper resignation still they not provide me any single document and last 2 month salary and my incentive (around 35k). All senior employee left job. Only few old employee. All of is new staff they not have basic knowledge, how can we expect good service.

Management first priority is SALES. They not want service. If any employee (in service department) not able to take his target in sales they not give salary on time and warning notification with 200Rs.

How employs will happy and how they will provide you best service. So please forget it. Just make payment only... dont keep any hope for best service. Escalation ratio is more then 10% and 1500 fraud cases. They not able to do file for his own company, what they do for another company, before join this company, just check status in MCA portal. In next year this company will be close by government. Still they not have complete any formalities with MCA & ROC.

This is month starting, you can ask to his employee for salary. And how many warning they got in last month. I think this warning is donation from employs to indiafilings...

Had got the reference from online, pathetic system they don't know what to do, no coordination at all
They need money 1st to start and information will be discussed with u only after money is been credited to them that to half not complete information

Once they get money like a fool u take all follow up u call them and wait for there call back as they don't work on IST they only work as IFT ( India Filling Timeline) there 15-20 mins is approx 6-7 working days
As u paid the money for a service, you have to follow up only they are least bother to call back or to answer the call they will keep u on hold for 20-25 mins normally and on every email u send to them u will get a mail that you will be getting call in 24-48 hours which happens only after 10 working days

When one go to this companies, they go to save time though we know we are paying more for the service but we are sure we will be saving on time

BUT ONXE YOU COME TO INDIAFILLING ITA YOU WHO HAVE WORK WITH THEM SO YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM MAIL THEM BE ON CALL WAITING AS THE MABAGER TOLD ME W TIME IN DIFFERENT SITUATION WE HAVE LOT OF CLIENTS AND ARE LOT BUSY
SO YOU NEED SOLUTION YOU HAVE TO WAIT TILL WE GWT BACK TO YOU

THIS IS AWESOME REVERT GOT FROM A COMPANY TO WHOM YOU ARE PAYING GOOD HEFTY AMOUNT

ITA ACTUALLY OUR MISTAKE
1) BEING AWARE THEY ARE NOT IN MUMBAI I PAID
2) THEY KNOW CLIENT IS NOT IN BANGALORE NOYHING CAN BE DONE
3) THINKING THOUGH PAUING HIGHER AMOUNT COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANY THEY ARE BETTER
4) one should get a Hint about there knowledge when again and again you are been kept on HOLD
5) Way manager n Staff speaks one is bound to lose the temper on them

Bottom line is

GO AND STAND IN Q, WORK OUT WOTH LOCAL AGENTS WOULD BE MUCH BETTER THAN going via India Filings

Wasting money time temper everything and still won't be getting work to be done by the time line givn to you

So go ahead work with the local guys which won't be too highlighted like this one but for sure will be working professionally compared to India fillings
