my old review is removed....

it such a fraud company, always we listen, client is crying and scolding, abusing... etc. same situation with his employee, not provide salary on time (Mid in month), not provide proper incentive according to his commitment, after that his personal collection (Warning) from employees in this policy they collect min. 500/- from each employee, and salary is 10k- 12k without any PF & ESI. and 10hour work with 30 minute brake. how you (Client) expect reply on time. any single employee is not happy with his worst management and worst policy, this company not have any fix policy every week ya twice in month make new policy. suppose if you came late only days (10 minute) then they have deduct half day salary (month salary 10k). i am employee of this company (left just 2 month). i worked here more then 1 year (14month) i give a proper resignation still they not provide me any single document and last 2 month salary and my incentive (around 35k). all senior employee left job.. only few old employee. all of is new staff they not have basic knowledge, how can we expect good service.

management first priority is SALES. they not want service. if any employee (in service department) not able to take his target in sales they not give salary on time and warning notification with 200Rs.

How employs will happy and how they will provide you best service. so please forget it. just make payment only.... dont keep any hope for best service. escalation ratio is more then 10% and 1500 fraud cases. they not able to do file for his own company, what they do for another company, before join this company, just check status in MCA portal. in next year this company will be close by government. still they not have complete any formalities with MCA & ROC.

this is month starting, you can ask to his employee for salary. and how many warning they got in last month. i think this warning is donation from employs to indiafilings....
