I just received my first order from Indiaemporium – two banarasi sarees. They really do reflect what banarasi sarees are known for and they don’t just look good but also feel good.

The lehenga looks as beautiful as I expected. The fabric seems to be of top-rate quality and the handwork is very fine. Thanks a lot for giving life to my dream lehenga.

I bought a couple of kurti sets from indiaemporium and I am very satisfied with the quality I was delivered. Delivery was before time, which I truly loved. I’d like to shop from them time and again.

Indian Empirium failed to deliver my bridal attire as promised on time as such I had to wear an borrowed Sherwani from a friend of mine.one of the very poor global courier services are contracted by them who never mows the difference in the countries and different states of a country
Their couriers failed to identify Grafton in New Zealand and Grafton in New Soutg Wales of Aistralia.
So far no compensation for their failed delivery of item to us
I will never recommend this site to any one else

I purchased anarkali suit from India Emporium that is awesome. It's exactly like the display that appeared on the website. Quality is good as expected and anarkali is too good.

The lehenga and suits I ordered are breathtaking. They live up to my expectations and to my surprise are as beautiful as they look in the picture. The fabric looks fine and the work clean.

I purchased a lehnga from India Emporium and am a very satisfied customer. The staff and their services are as good as their product was. Net result is I have a stunning lehnga and some new contacts who are wonderful people. Right from the start when my first contact was Priya who extended a discount even though the sale period was officially over, to Rashu who she handed over to, I have been looked after like they would look after their own family. As I am based overseas, this made a big difference. When the item arrived I was mind blown by the amazing work the lehnha had. It looked great on me, much nicer than I thought. I just had small issue with the blouse as I had an event approaching when I wanted to wear this outfit, and made them aware of it; they sent me yet another blouse and asked me to retain both, that was such a bonus! This kind of a service is unheard of. I often shop online and have met some good service providers, but these guys stole the show. I got so many compliments when I wore the legnha, calling it beautiful would be an understatement! I highly recommend India Emporium for their products and services!

I recently purchased some Shree kurtis from indiaemporioum.com. I must say that the fabric quality along with the prints, colors and cuts of the kurtis I received is simply amazing.

My kurta pajamas were in perfect condition and the quality is exactly what I expected. I ordered them for my wedding and couldn’t afford any kind of problem. I loved it and my family loved it too.

I'm sure all the good reviews written here are from India emporium because no one having a sane mind will give them a good rating. They dontbeven deserve that 1 star!

I had the worst experience shopping with India emporium! Please please please Dont shop here! Firstly, customer care never gets back. Be it telephonic, email, Facebook or instagram. They just never get back. Secondly, when I posted a few comments on their instagram page, that's when they wake up and start texting frantically. Thirdly, I finally get a call from them, and its the SENIOR MOST PERSON who has called, he just rudely tells me that it will take ten more odd days for dispatch and he knew nothing about the order in the first place. He didn't know the order date, the order time, the order itself! I asked him to cancel it and then in the UTMOST RUDE WAY, HE SAYS WAIT THIRTY DAYS FOR YOUR REFUND. THANK YOU! Never buy from them. NEVER. Thanks India emporium for spoiling the whole online shopping experience for me.

They are deleting my comments on Facebook and have blocked me on instagram. This is cheap and ridiculous

Ok so I ordered a few outfit for my husband back in April, u guys send me an email in May saying that you guys are out of stock to choose something else. I needed the outfit a wedding and I wanted the ones I order, So I ask u guys to cancelled the order and refund my money back to me., You guys said you would and I will get my refund with 10-15days. I never got it and everytime I send an email to ur company no one reply me back. Its been 8months now and I never got my refund. The originally order# *******, it was abt $138US. Want I want u guys to do seeing that u still have my money is order something else now cause it looks like you u will never refund me my money. I am very disappointed with the way ur company handle my order, I waited over a month for my order and when I didn't get it I had to email u guys abt it and that is when u guys said u were out of stock for those item, your company didn't even have the manner to email me and let me know what was going on. I need someone to get in touch with me asap regarding this issue. My email us *******@hotmail.com. So the question is what are u guys going to do to accommodate me for all the inconvenience u cause me..

I have ordered Indian outfits from online many times. I decided that I would try India Emporium. I agree with many of the reviews that the outfit came on time etc. BUT. When the outfit came in, the stitching was all messed up. The front of the sequence part of the outfit is SHORTER than the back. Like the sequence didn't even pass my bust. How is that even possible. I don't even have to give measurements for someone to know that the sequence should all be the same. Like did they run out of material or something. IT WAS UGLY. And I am not a picky person what so ever.

I tried to solve this with them in a very nice and professional manner. I sent an email with the pictures of the outfit as well as why I was unhappy with it, even though it was obvious that the stitching was completely uneven. No reply. So I ended up sending an additional 2 emails as well as called them three times. 1/3 times they actually picked up, and were VERY rude to me. ( and yes I considered the time difference of America and India when calling). They did not even greet me with their company name, instead they answered the phone call as if I was a "wrong number" phone call.

Finally after so much effort, they got back to me. And the responded with exactly what I didn't want to hear. They COMPLETELY DENIED that the outfit was messed up and refused to "make it right" with me.

Returned back or refunded."^ They did nothing to fix my problem and I spent $60 dollars for an outfit that cannot be worn.
