I had purchased an indian dress through India Emporium website on 16. 01. 14

After multiple emails, much time and wasting phone calls to India from Aust plus endless private instant messaging on India Emporium website and Facebook private message I still have not receive my order. I have tried calling the company many times but have been left hanging for someone to pick up my calls.

When I finally managed to speak to someoen from support team, I was promised that i will receive my order on 12/2/14 and no order received. Then again another promised was made that i will get my order on 19/02/14. Yet AGAIN NO ORDER RECEIVED!

On 25/02/14 India Emporium send an email advising that they will dispatch my order on 28/2/14 and i will receive an email from them advising me the tracing number for my order. Guess what? No email received! Checked my account on India Emporium website and my order status is still "processing"

According to the website all order will be dispatched between 3-4 weeks, unfortunately it has now been 7 weeks since I ordered the dress.

On Monday 3/3/14 at approximately 5pm (Aust time) I managed to speak to Prakash from sales team (after many attempts and they hang up on my calls) Prakash told me that the reason for the delay is because the designer wasnt in the office for two week (MIND YOU IT HAS BEEN 7 WEEKS SINCE I PUT THROUGH MY ORDER. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE REST OF 5 WEEK?) Long story short, I was told that they will definitely dispatch my order in two day which means the latest is on Wednesday 5/03/14 and I should get my order by Friday or the latest Saturday.

Can I TRUST this promised? I THINK NOT! I was charged AUD30 for that phone calls on Monday God knows how many hundreds of dollars I have spent on calling their company in India.

To all oversea customers: If you are thinking of ordering any product from this company PLEASE DON'T! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ORDER! THEY WILL GIVE YOU FALSE AND EMPTY PROMISES REGARDING YOUR ORDER. EVEN IF YOU RECEIVED YOUR ORDER IT WILL BE 5 MONTHS LATE!
