No reply to calls/emails/whatsapp messages. Worst support.
There's only one person in their support team who stops answering if we ask for return request.
Waste of money and time. Please do not buy from this website.
They are only cheaters and looters. Have placed an order a week ago and till now have not received any details on shipment. The worst of which is that the account from which the order was placed is shown to be not existing. When I try to login it shows invalid user/password. No replies from customer support too. Pathetic service, probably scammers.
I ordered an item and want to return it because of the size issues. But they didn't revert back at any email nor they communicated through their own chat service. It is a fake site. Do not buy anything from this. It just wants to sell anyhow and don't provide you any kind of service.
Really pathetic quality and return/exchange services in Myntra and Flipkart! Never Buy from this! Never select any Inddus dresses, as the quality is cheap and material pathetic and they would never return your money if you once purchase from Myntra or Flipkart! My experience was horrible with Inddus!
I never write reviews but this is awful I bought a lengha for my daughter and the money went from my account instantly I have not received a confirmation email, they have a chat window on their website which no one responds too. I want my money back - a total rip off
I ordered a dress 2 weeks back but still it is showing 'Order Processing'. There is absolutely no information about the product delivery date. I have been trying to reach out to the customre care but that's also of no use. The mobile number is switched off and for email id I just got a reply 'Order is in process'. And after that there's no reply on any of my follow-up mails. How will I get to know when the order will be dispatched and when will it get delivered? I feel cheated and seems I have invested in a wrong place. Guys BEWARE before buying anything from here.

Second time purchasing outfit from this website. Reasonable pricing and a wide array of latest trendy outfits to choose from. My outfit reached me by DHL post and they even had free worldwide delivery promotion on their site. Outfit looked exactly like in picture, colour and fit was perfect, currently favourite website to shop for traditional indian outfits!

Their shipping policy is a lie. My order is still pending and it has been 10 days. No one gets back from their side even upon asking about updates. It's rip off. I have lost my money basically.
My first and last order from Inddus. The dress looked different, the quality was poor and one size smaller than I ordered. The worst part is they refused to do anything about it. They offer good prices with free shipping, but it's better to pay a little extra and get what you pay for.
I am very happy with my first order of two outfits and was little worried as per custom measurement. But they turned out just perfect. I loved it and would definitely order again for any of my events. They got delivered on time as well. Very nice customer service!

My first time shopping on lines with Inddus. I had a wonderful experience. Prompt customer service response, quick delivery, best prices and quality. I ordered 3 suits for my daughters and myself and they were lovely with perfect fitting. I am ordering more before Eid.
This site is a scam... they never gave me my order and they took my money when i ask for the refund no one answers me... don't order if you don't want them to steal your money.

I keep sending them email after email. No responses whatsoever! I ordered 2 dresses over 3 weeks ahead of an event and I was charged for my items right away but still have absolutely no responses on one of the items! I received one item after 2 weeks but it was not stitched to spec. I tried contacting the seller to at least ensure the second item will be stitched per measurements. No responses! There is no way I will ever order from them again! Worst experience ever!

I was trying to make a last moment order on the inddus for Eid. The website was working like normal for browsing and viewing, but their Add to Cart button was locked! When contacted their customer care, she said, the website is being upgraded, you cannot order with us. Then when i suggested why don't you put that upgradation notice on the website ateast the customers don't waste their time, no reply on whatsApp while all messages are being read! So unprofessional! However, their Checkout button is working, so if you added things to your cart you can pay them, but they won't allow to add more! Haven't ordered yet, so no idea about their quality, but their quality of customer care is off-putting!
Absurd customer service and deceitful shipping timelines! It has been over three weeks and I still have not yet received my outfit ordered on August 4th, 2019... it is now August 27th, 2019 and I still do not have my outfit for a wedding I am attending next week! No response to my emails, no answer to the phone number listed on the website. Overall poor customer service. My order number is #*******.
