After calling several companies, Impact Computers was the only one who had the part we needed. The gentleman I spoke with was efficient and helpful. I will use this company again if I find that I have a need.
Needed to order a cable and ship it overnight using my company's account. I called and was helped through the process by a friendly employee. Got what I needed delivered on time as requested, and was treated well.
Impactcomputers rips customers off. Tells you it's new when it's used - Never, ever buy from Impactcomputers.com. They are out to rip you off.
The lie about the quality and condition of the products they are selling.
Then they give you a hard time about getting a refund.

The rep I spoke with was by the name of Jose. He was very polite and answered all questions having confidence in the information he provided.

This company is a joke! Just like many other people, I ordered a part that showed they had in stock only to find out days later that they don't have it. When I called to complain, Yuri just laughed and said Sorry, just order it from someone else. I ordered something from in 2012 and they screwed up that order too. Against my better judgement I ordered this part hoping they had changed, but they haven't. This is a Mickey Mouse operation and they don't care about customer service at all. They never know what they have in stock. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, you will regret it

Purchased small computer cable online and paid by paypal - vendor paid, acknowledgement email sent by vendor. 1 week later, I receive a phone message and email from Julissa in Sales telling me that the price had gone up and I had to pay more to get the product- AFTER THE SALE WAS COMPLETE.
They say a refund is coming. I haven't seen it yet

Excellent service. Impactcomputers had a paper tray for my HP printer that HP didn't have. The price was very reasonable.
Friendly staff, great prices and they had what I needed in stock both times. A+ in my book.
