Renting your home out for film requires a professional company to help. Image locations of Beverly Hills is NOT that company. They ignore emails, do not return phone calls, and leave home owners without answers. Unprofessional, inattentive, & negligent is my unconscionable image locations experience.
Pros: The team is actually creative, they have a lot of good ideas for the client.
Cons: Not a lot of options for clients. Service is not as good as you expected, as they are not that responsive to queries. Needs to follow up often to get the samples you needed. Always cramming for the time as the due date is coming up and you can only see 50% has only been set up.
This company will suck your soul dry. The work environment is extremely stressful, and we aren't paid enough for the amount of work management gives us. We are basically overworked and underpaid. The lack of job security also adds to the negative atmosphere, and there is almost no room for growth. The CEO consistently lies to us and is just a horrible person overall. I met good friends working here, and the company provides free lunch. But I doubt these are worth your soul.
We contacted them about a project we were planning and we asked for a quotation. Their customer support did not get back to me on time. By the time we heard from them, we had already considered other options.
