I purchased some eyeliner from these guys. Nowadays it's sketchy buying on a lot of websites you don't even know if you're going to get the stuff. These guys are totally legitimate. I am thrilled to have found this site, they have awesome products. They ship fast and they have a decent website and tracking of orders. Emails might not come through right away Once you purchase something. Account set up was pretty easy excpet for the email flaws. I had to check my Spam box and mark it as not spam. But when they shipped my order, it arrived exactly as describled. I highly recommend these guys. They even offer coupons on their website To use before check out. That's amazing. I've always used sally's but I'll use these guys from now on. Support this local New Jersey business. These guys deserve it! Thank you for offering a great website, Great product, great shipping and fair prices.

I think a truly professional business at least knows the names of the products that they sell. Big difference between BLOW dry mist and BROW dry mist If they are this negligent with marketing what makes a customer believe they aren't negligent with products and service?

I was trying to find how to write a good review for Image Beauty. Saw its low rating on this site so I had to get on here and leave 5 stars to try and offset unjust bad reviews. I was so happy to find my conditioner on here. They changed packaging and upped price on conditioner website. Found it on here and ordered 8 bottles! So happy! Thank you Image Beauty!

This company claims free returns.not true!
They charge postage to return a product plus if your original order then becomes less than $55,
They charge you for that!
They were going to charge me $15.00 to return a $20.00 item….no free returns!
Be aware & don't use them….their policies are deceptive & if you need to make a return you will be hit with one or two shipping charges.
My advise.go elsewhere & don't be taken advantage of!

I ordered the 2000ML jug of Olaplex conditioner. I was worried about the authenticity because you never know what you'll receive. This was sent inside of a sealed carton from the manufacturer and was packed very well and I received it ONE day after ordering. Highly recommended. I will definitely order again. Keep up the good work.

Discontinued Items I Can't Find Elsewhere

I've shopped at Image Beauty online a few times because I have had difficulty sourcing particular products (long discontinued nail products that pretty much cannot be obtained unless 3rd-party retailers happen to have "new/old-stock" at their disposal). For that reason, I think they are great! Prices are the same as I've seen at any Target, CVS, Walmart, other Beauty Supply retailers, Salons, etc. They offer frequent 15%-off store-wide coupons.

Easy Online Order and Swift Ship

I've received my orders within a week, packaged securely, with a detailed packing list. The order confirmation is sent immediately, which includes the tracking number and detailed delivery updates. Some online retailers don't bother to add a packing slip and appropriate padding/bubble wrap to secure items (and some don't even provide tracking) but Image Beauty pays attention to these important details.

PayPal Purchase Option Available

Always pay with PayPal or Amazon Pay, people - either will fight the battle for you should there be an issue. I haven't had any real issues with Image Beauty but you never know.

It's always a good sign when an online retailer has several ways to contact them for order and product support, returns, etc. US-based toll-free number, email, and physical address listed.

CON:
No Super-Wide Selection and/or Availability

Not ALL items I want are available. The only downfall is that Image Beauty doesn't carry everything on my list. There isn't a massive, super-wide selection (they may carry some items, but not in all colors/styles/sizes) and only a few of certain items (nail polish, some hair colors, etc.). Love their salon-brand hair products! If it's a hard-to-find item or higher-end salon hair product you are after, Image Beauty may work well for you.

The customer service is TERRIBLE at this site and the codes scam you.
They give you codes that work until the discount is taken and then it falls below what the requirement is to get the discount.
Look on Ebay for the same product and you'll probably find it.
Ebay cares and will provide customer service to KEEP the customer.
This place lost a sale instead of applying the "Free Shipping" charge of $6.95 as the banner advertised. The "Chat" person told me I would need to "add something to my cart" to get that discount. REALLY? I don't need anything else. BYE! Hope it was worth it.

If I could give you guys ZERO starts, I would. I purchased lightener that is supposed to lift up to 9 levels & it did absolutely nothing. I followed the instructions and did everything correctly. Called for a refund & was told I could only receive a credit. Why would I wanna spend anymore money with you, when your products clearly don't work? & whoever the employee was that I spoke to on the phone needs retrained in manners because she had a smart $#*! mouth. If I could smack someone through a phone call I would.

I've been buying on ImageBeauty.com for over 6 years. I buy my shampoo and conditioner every few months. They always have the best prices, are helpful (family owned so they answer the phone!) and ship quickly. Bonus points for earning rewards that can be redeemed for gift cards.

I've used Liquid Loreal for years. They showed the brown bottle on their site. I ordered it. They shipped me the creme color, purple box. If that's what I wanted I'd have purchased it locally! Reached out, all I got was "you purchased the creme". Um, no, pictures show the difference. Can't send it back, horrible, horrible service! Never again. Order elsewhere people. And please don't bother replying your sorry, cause we all know you're not! I gave you ample time to fix it and I got nothing.

After I sent in my order, never heard back from them. Almost two weeks later when I inquired about my order, I was told the order was ready to ship. Being frustrated, I cancelled my order then was told if I reordered, the order would ship that day. Followed up several days after to get shipment information, told that the supply of the product had just arrived and would ship that day or Monday. Followed up again to get shipment information, was told again, order would ship that day. Order was entered on April 14, email indicated getting the order ready to ship. Tracking information today indicates shipment to arrive on May 5. Only communication in reference to this order has been from me. Definitely no customer service or communication from this company On April 14, they indicated they were getting my order ready to ship, three weeks later it is scheduled to be delivered.
