STAY. AWAY! Let me start off with the only reason there are good reviews anywhere are because they give out prizes for writing positive reviews. This business is so disorganized, unprofessional and horribly run. They hire instructors who have absolutely no fitness background. If it snows even a little they close for days. They follow the school schedule so it is closed Sundays and any Holidays (after Christmas, after Thanksgiving New Years etc.) just because their kids are home. It is located right next to a COURT MANDATED drug facility so be careful in the parking lot- there are criminals that break into your cars and steal your things- the best part about that is that management is well aware this goes on and neglects to tell any of the members. They have "security cameras" but they obviously don't deter the criminals lurking in the parking lot. Classes never start on time and when you sign up they tell you there is no cancellation fee but then all of a sudden its a $250 fee they just added because they are "upset" people are cancelling(which is exactly what I have heard them say) - when I tried to call and speak to them about it I had to jump through hoops to try and get someone on the phone. I was constantly told that the owner would call me back but that never happened and all I got was a message on Facebook (completely unprofessional) and I had to call almost every day for a week (still got no one on the phone). If you don't go to class for a few weeks they take your picture and put it on a milk carton and post it on Facebook (embarrassing and unprofessional) There are SO MANY other locations to work out and stay motivated. This is not it!
ILOVEKICKBOXING is an amazing gym. I signed up right after going to my first class and I could be happier. The owners and the entire staff become family.

I purchased a group-on for ILKB Vaughn to get me back to the fitness level ( mentally and physically) that I was prior to having my daughter who's almost two. The moment I walked into the facility and spoke to the instructors I felt so welcomed and just like family. I then participated in my first class and from the support and motivation from the instructor and my peers I wasn't allowing myself to walk out of there without signing up and becoming apart of this family, and so I became a member. The instructors are so thorough, helpful and motivating to everyone of various fitness levels.
This establishment is truly something special, I now belong to this community of powerful, supportive and genuinely kind kick-$#*! people and I couldn't be any happier with my decision to pursue this next chapter in my life with these Incredible individuals.
These people are my friends, my family and this exercise is my medicine.
