iLoveKickboxing.com has totally changed my life. I never thought in a million years that I could do such a thing! I signed up in Nov 2016 (around Thanksgiving) and started very slow out of the gate; but now... I literally go every day! Well, actually 6 days a week because they are closed on Sundays! Lol!... We are like family... The instructors are fun-loving and awesome and are by our sides every step of the way. They make sure that they get us where we need to be by pushing us and motivating us!... I lost my significant other of 16 years last year, and ilovekickboxing.com has given me a place to release my emotions and refocus my energy; so I enjoy kicking and punching the bag! OMG... I can see my muscles forming and my body toning overall. I am so happy I joined this gym because the instructors pour out so much positive energy that it makes it so much easier for me to get out of bed at 5am or 6am to start my day with my ILKB family (and I was never a morning person!). I love it!... and I know you will too!... Just give it a try... I did!
I joined a year ago and the staff is very friendly. The workouts keep you engaged and you never get bored. Everyday is different and the atmosphere is addicting. Have fun while reaching your goals.
I love coming to class every time! The work out is always hard but fun! The coaches are amazing! I have lost 6lbs in the first month and I feel stronger and better every time!
I Love Kickboxing Saugus is absolutely AMAZING! Not only are the workouts absolutely amazing, but its really the staff that stands out! They are truly amazing and care so much about their members! I've never been anywhere before that cares so much about their members! I travel 45 min from NH just to be there, and its truly because of the staff. I could work out anywhere, but I choose to work out here and HIGHLY recommend it to ANYONE and EVERYONE! In the past 45 days I have lost almost 20 lbs and have also gained so much flexibility and strength I never thought could be possible! Thank ILKB!
This studio by far is the best place I have ever been to. The workout is intense, but fun, the staff is motivating and encouraging, and punching a bag is really a great stress reliever!

ILKB is great. It is clean and the staff is really inviting and motivating. The workout is killer, but in a good way. By far, the best fitness studio I have ever been to.
