Since my daughter and I join about 2 1/2 months ago its been nothing but fun fun fun, the people in the classes are great and the instructors are amazing!
Ilovekickboxing apple valley is amazing! The staff is super nice and welcoming, the workout is is fun and makes your feel great and its always nice to punch the bag and take some frustration out!

I Love Kickboxing Bayside is an AMAZING work out. You get your butt kicked in the best way possible, by motivational and professional staff. They know how to keep your head in the game, while helping you work your hardest to achieve your goals. The family atmosphere between staff and members is something you have to see to believe. They really know how you keep you wanting to come back, and working you out beyond what you could imagine. I leave dripping of sweat but feeling like a million dollars. The work outs are hard, but they are SOOOO worth it. In the almost month I have been attending, I feel the best I have felt in my 30 years of life, and see my body changing. I started going to get fit for my wedding, but now find myself waking up in the morning counting down until I can attend my class after work, and really missing it on days I cant make it. It is by far the best fitness experience I have ever had. It is not the monotonous gym experience of repetition, but a new challenge each class, with high energy instructors and music. They make sure you are working your hardest and cheer you on when you start to lose momentum, while ensuring you are doing all of the moves correctly and with power! I really do love I Love Kickboxing Bayside <3

I have been taking ILKB classes for a little over a month now, and I am IN LOVE with the entire atmosphere. The music is loud and energetic, the workouts are HARD but totally worth it, and the instructors aren't just instructors - they're family! I love knowing that my instructors and teachers are cheering for me personally, and I wouldn't want it any other way. I've gone down TWO pant sizes in a month! If you're willing to put in the work and the time, you WILL see results!
Omaha West has the best classes and instructors. The gym is clean and the workout is hard, but fun! The instructors make you want to keep coming back!

I signed up for 5 classes as a trial, but I got a full membership after my first class, because I knew that this place would give me exactly what I wanted. It's challenging, it's inclusive, it's comprehensive and versatile and it makes me smile when I walk into the class and after the class all the people who work there are fantastic! They make a huge effort to make everyone want to come back: they remember your name, they encourage you, they teach you how to get better, they make you feel included and valued, they push you to your limits, but walk alongside to make sure you are still enjoying it and having fun. Commitment to the ILKB fitfam is more of an adventure than something you need to force yourself to do. I love it there! ILKB Cedar Park is addictive! The instructors are top notch! The classes are fun and always challenging. And after a little time, you end up with an extended "fitness" family! Come join the family!
