Was sent a faulty scooter worked once and never worked again tried to contact I hoverboard with no response though emai for 3 months I tried a few different email addresses before finally getting a reply saying they would send me a replacement battery but I would need to pay 50 pounds towards the postage even tho they do free postage on there website they refuse to fix it without me covering the cost even though it's still in warranty I have also called there contact number goes to voicemail and a call back never comes. My emails are now being ignored there is no customer service they just take your money send you faulty goods and leave it at that. Worst company I've ever came across.

I have never left a bad review like this before, for any other company, but I feel compelled to as I have had an absolutely terrible experience with ihoverboard. I bought a hoverboard from them for my daughter and it stopped working after about 20 minutes of using it around the house and wouldn't charge. I asked for a replacement, which they eventually agreed to, but only if I paid for the postage. I refused and asked for a refund but again they wouldn't accept paying for postage for me to return the item. This went on for weeks of them stalling and sending unclear emails. They eventually told me I was now over the 30 day limit and they wouldn't accept a return or give me a refund. I am now looking into taking legal action against them and letting people know how they treat their customers. I have never received customer service like it. What they've done is actually criminal, hence the legal action, and I would advise you to avoid ihoverboard like the plague.

Got an ihoverboard for my son for Christmas - it worked for less than one day! It took IHoverboard weeks to finally admit theres a known motherboard fault and they've been messing me about ever since. First said I'd have to open it and got a new motherboard myself, then said id have to pay another £20 for a replacement unit, now they're offering to refund if I pay to return the faulty model. Avoid at all costs, this company does not uphold UK legislation, I've had to submit a dispute to my credit card company…

Avoid this company at all costs... They have taken my money and even after providing screenshots of order number, paypal transaction and paypal activity report all clearly showing purchase they have not sent item and I am having to open a Paypal case which takes time meaning a little boy might miss out at xmas as I need the refund to buy elsewhere. Do not buy from these people. They ignore emails and never answer the phone. Terrible service. You have been warned

Bought hoverboard for my son for Christmas, board kept round and round, he end it falling off and really hurting himself. Contacted sales and was asked to send video in, as soon as they received video and realised they sold faulty hoverboard just decide to ignore us... Wish l checked their reviews before buying... another company out there to just scam people!

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my entire life! Shockingly unprofessional, incompetent, ignorant, useless and helpless. And frankly speaking, incredibly stupid liars! The Iscooter i bought from them never arrived. They failed to deliver my order and refused to take any responsibility! I never received any refund either!

Dont trust dont buy. This company is a SCAM. I brought one of their scooters for £490. They sent me a faulty scooter, with a damaged rear wheel. I examine the wheel and I found broken scooter piece stick together with superglue. I sent them pictures of the faulty scooter and when I asked for a refund. They refused, they told me to keep the scooter for a while and instead of a refund they offered to compensate me £15. Dont trust, there is no refund policy. There is no warranty. There company isnt based in the uk or germany its based in china. This company has scammed and robbed many customers in the uk.

Purchased the off road all back hoverboard for Christmas. On Christmas despite despite me charging the device all Xmas eve the right motor wasn't working therefore the whole item was ineffective.

I immediately emailed the company who advised a number of things I needed to do. Once I had done everything they asked they wanted further proof it wasn't working so I had to send in a email with a video.

During this time they decided to change email address from.co.uk to com therefore no one was helping me anymore and a few months went by when I come across the hoverboard which is not gathering dust. My daughter is petering me now the weathers better to get this issue resolved. After a week I'm finally speaking to someone and have been advised they will send me a new motor which I need to install myself! Ridiculous! And also wait a month! Or if I want a full brand new hoverboard I need to pay £50 in delivery when I already spent 500 on this item which never worked. Now you're saying that the fault happened after 30 days even though my intial contact to you is within the 30 days! I will seek citizens advice and take this further it's disgusting

I brought from ihoverboard a few days ago, it's good, the color is nice, just in the video, bluetooth function is ok, can listen music, It has led in front, when you start it, the hoverboard says iscooter. I think it's this company brand, It's a good hoverboard.

Long story short the scooter hasn't ever worked as expected
15 mins is not good enough!

Reported issue they have sent us replacement accelerator and motor for us to replace

They refuse to swap or exchange for a working scooter
Solution to problem was disconnect the e brake and sent some videos to watch to do it

I will do my best to recommend everyone I know to avoid this company at all costs really disappointing customer service without a efficient resolution

AVOID IHOVERBOARD

Tried to purchase a board for my son before Christmas. Placed order and received confirmation along with a delivery time of 2 working days, as was stated on website.
Two days later got e mail in some sort of broken English stating I needed to pay an extra £18.00 for delivery. I promptly refused and requested email to confirm what they proposed to do and a threat to cancel the order. They did not respond so several days later I opened a dispute with Paypal and surprise surprise a response came, from the customer focussed iHoverboard, stating they needed to refund me as they did not have the board I ordered in stock. They wanted me to lift the Pay Pal dispute and would pay me directly but would take a day or so, and this is the best bit, as the accountant was not available to release the money. What a load of CRAP!
Of course I did not lift the dispute, I escalated it, and was paid back the money by PayPal.
As you can see not a good experience at all and I can only assume from what I have read from other reviews this company won't be around for long. Do yourself a favour and take a good look at the very slick website and see if you can find a section for cancellations or returns. You Won't find it!

I just recently tried to purchase a scooter and never got confirmation from the company for my purchase and got worried and looked for the company reviews which I then got worried as they were all bad. I then emailed the company to say I didn't get confirmation email of purchase or tracking number and I wanted to cancel the order and get my money back. They replied and said they never received the order and said to send proof thinking I hadn't screenshoted my purchase. I sent them and demanded my refund which they come up with another story saying they sent me n95 masks which they wanted to charge me for which I didn't even order in the first place as they were giving them out free with the Scotter. They refuse to send me my money until I refuse the package of masks which I don't need and didn't order to be sent back to them when the post deliver it to me. They are a Scam company is from China not in the UK. You can't get in contact with nobody on the phone as the numbers you are given are invalid. They take time to reply just prolonging the days that you will have from purchase. Stay away by all cots it's a scam
