I had a great experience with the company. They were quick to respond and delivered items quickly. I've never had any issues with them.
Please be careful for I went through the worst experience i ever received in mywholelife, the costumer service treated me so bad, the Ups delivered Iherb package damaged and left a notification for the Iherb but the Iherb costumer service didn't care, tried to reason with them on chat room for 4 hours but they continued by saying they don't care to solve it, as simple as calling UPS. The Iherb is scam, and is so terrible 😫 a real nightmare
Ordered many times with reasonable shipping costs to Canada. Never had any problems with my orders. Now they only offer DHL Express to my location and I can't select Landmark global anymore. DHL express is way more expensive. Will not order anymore. Will now look for a Canadian company for my natural supplements.
Adrienne and Wasim have been very helpful in the customer service (live chat). Give them a raise. Our package has been "lost" while being considered as "delivered" by local post in Belgium but they were quickly to help.

Four out of five products ordered I had no problems with, and the packaging, time arrival to my door were excellent. Just the one product, NOW Essential Oil, very well wrapped, had lid problems i. E. the inner lid was cracked and spillage over label was very evident. Otherwise I would be happy to order the other four products and look at others except the NOW products.
Looks like I ordered from iHerb on 13/1/22, Order No. *******, and expected delivery date was 31/1-15/2/22. Received order on 25/1/22 - can't be unhappy with that.
Just one other thing, a bit of confusion with regards payment in what country currency. IHerb needs to make clear what currency a payment is made in when ordering from outside the USA as I thought I was ordering from a NZ/Australian outlet. I did not realize that my payment was in American dollars or that I was ordering from the USA. It made what I bought quite expensive.

Really a shame to see a friendly, low-key company turned into a relatively large corporate entity. They were a really super, high quality company for decades. Now I even understand they are partially owned by a Huge Chinese Company. (Nothing against the Chinese part, it's the huge, not local $ I dislike.) You can trace the devolution of the company by the many, many different discounts they've tried. My favourite were the VIP days when you could get a large discount whenever you liked, based on how much you spent. You could always reach someone locally by phone. Shipping was always super fast, and packing really professional. It's such a shame that success seems to mean growing ever bigger, which rarely means better. As we can witness in this case. Also they had the absolutely best price discounts on brands like Healthy Origins. Now they don't even carry the line anymore. And they do seem absurdly to go out of their way to cancel accounts and orders that is really puzzling, and laughingly misdirected.

They are fast in shiping and have excellent prices of products. One thing I didn't like about them that there are some reviews about products have been removed because they are telling the truth about how bad or fake that product is.

Regarding fake products, that is defamation and none of our products are fake. They are purchased directly from the manufacturers themselves and on each product page we provide the contact information for the manufacturer. Most of the time when customers think a product is fake it is due to brand changes such as packaging, ingredients, etc. done on part of the manufacturer that customers are ignorant about. This is why we provide that contact information to empower customers to verify the authenticity of the products we sell even though we already do. Again, claiming a product is fake when it is not is defamation and will always result in a review being removed.
Also, the reviews posted above are not about experience of use with a product but more of a damage complaint which, again, will be removed because reviews are not the correct forum to voice such issues, customer support would be the correct forum.
When leaving a product review, keep it strictly about the product use itself such as taste, texture, smell, would you recommend or not, etc. You can always view the guidelines for leaving a review.

I did not receive my order, contacted iHerb via chat. They said that my package was delivered (left by the front door), but could not provide the carrier name and recommended to open RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). The first RMA was rejected, so I opened another one and also a claim with Paypal, because I used them to pay for the order. The second RMA was approved, iHerb will give me a refund. I still not going to order from them again, but at least they gave me my money back. I still do not know how they shipped it, but from the tracking info the package was on a truck out for delivery in a town that is 3 hours away from my house... the tracking details do not have a carrier name.
They made a special offer of 5% discount - but upon checking the details of the order I realized that it wasn't applied... The costumer service suggested they would apply it manually.
Plus, I submitted some products reviews, but for some reason, they didn't presented some of the critical reviews that I wrote... what made me suspect that all the reviews thing is not really trustworthy...

I live in UAE and I got my orders within 5 days, all in good condition, I ordered baby food, soap, lotion and food supplement which have cheaper price compared to local market price. The only draw back is when I want to repeat the same order the shipping cost become so expensive, which doesn't make sense.
I ordered from iHerb for the first time a couple days ago without reading any reviews beforehand. I ordered next-day shipping through UPS, indicating I'd recieve my package two days from placing my order. The transaction process went smoothly, although I was concerned that there was no tracking service available. I was also very concerned that I didn't recieve a confirmation email of any sort. After reading loads of terrible reviews about the website, I tried MULTIPLE times to log back into my account that I had just made MINUTES prior and was rejected every time. I tried resetting my password and nothing worked; customer service was useless. Thankfully, I ended up getting my package on time. The packaging was poorly taped shut and flimsy, and the product was thrown in the box with no bubble wrap or other protection. The condition of the product was fine, but I probably won't be using the site again simply because the ordering process was so stressful and messy due to lack of communication, and the packaging was so poor.
My product was detained by Malaysian immigration - didn't realise there's a law against importing supplements. Anyway, they said that many supplements in the USA according to National Geographic are mass produced in China n sold as if made under quality processes in USA. What do u say to that.
I recently purchased 6 jars of an Indian simmer sauce from them. The first order arrived with 2 out of 6 broken glass jars. They were bubble warped but packed on top of each other. Customer service was responsive and quickly sent me replacements but alas one of them arrived smashed in the box. Obviously amateur shippers. I give up...
I'm considering ordering something from this site, but I have noticed that many of the positive reviews are repeated at least once verbatim by the same poster. This makes me a bit warier of the site than I may have been. Should I still try it out?
In my last review, I recommended that people were careful because of the potential import charges that a package could incur, even on a small package, so I was very careful with my last order, double checking that it wasn't over the maximum £15 so I wouldn't get charged. I had some reward points to use up so I think it came to around £15.96, and then when the £1.45 rewards were off it came to under £15. Sadly, I didn't know that iherb.com disclose the original price so I was charged again by royal mail and border force. It seemed utterly ridiculous considering it was only £0.96 over the £15 threshold, so I complained to both royal mail and border force. Borderforce are complete baby wipes and wouldn't budge, but I guess they would if the same happened to them, but royal mail were helpful and refunded me all the charges. This time I had only ordered a few lip balms and lip tints, so beware when ordering from iherb.com. Make sure that the £15 threshold is below even with any reward points deductions. iherb.com is especially useful for the Crazy Rumor lip balms, which I love and are use too expensive to order from eh crazyrumors website itself because of ridiculous shipping fees.

We understand your frustration, but unfortunately these charges are out of the control of iHerb. We do have the following information in the shopping cart when you select Great Britain as the shipping destination:
Orders over £15 via Postal Airmail may be charged a Value Added Tax (around 20%), a Customs Duty (around 12%) and a flat £8 from the UK Royal Mail as a handling charge.
When you use Airmail, which is delivered by Royal Mail, it is less likely to get assessed these fees, but it still does happen on occasion.
I don't like the toothpaste for children 1-4 years old. It has good taste and smells good too, but I have a feeling that it has no effect. The only advantage - your child can eat it and definitely will like it.
