Ordered 5000 wow gold and paid by bank. Was notified that the seller had lost his account and was unable to deliver so the order would be refunded in 3 days. 2 weeks later still haven't received my money back. Tried to contact customer support but they are unreachable behind a system that just tells you to be gone. Never spoke to anyone. It's a scam, stay away.

Website is full of scammers, you buy something and they steal it back after the warranty time expires. IGV doens't help you solving the problem. Trust me, don't but anything from IGVault.com if you dont want to lose your money. Website is full of scammers!

Purchased a clash of clans account fully maxed for £200, a few months later someone else started accessing the account and using it. Messaged the support team to say someone is accessing it and they said my warranty has expired. So pretty much, they sell u an account and after a few months take it back and say there's nothing they can do about it. It's a SCAM. $#*!ing disgrace of a website. Please do not purchase from it!
