If you keep buying up to 100k then they always good I been buying from them for the past year also they quite good with the small amounts once I bought an account for £35 and then there was a problem and they told me to contact PayPal please to get your money back and please purchase again we will do our best next time so people don't give your account details to no body and just stick with the small amounts of coins just to keep you going t. C.
We bought 2 million coins - waited over 6 hours. When contacted on line support they sent some screenshot for passwords and log on but not details. I told them I would cancel the payment and raise negative feedback the response - lol and go ahead. I have the screenshot of the conversation. I would avoid them
I bought fifa points which I could not access on the account they provided, after 3 days go constantly speaking with their online support who could not resolve the problem I asked for a refund and their only response was 'sorry we can't'. I have been a very loyal customer who has spent whoever knows and this is the support they provide - absolutely none. I have explained this was my son's Xmas present money who is autistic so anyone who lives with autism would understand they can only focus on one this so this was the be all and end all and this was there response. Absolutely disgraceful
Bought 2 mil coins and they never got bought, they sent me a picture of the player getting bought but it was the wrong one and on the picture you could see that there was 2 players on the market where one was mine but they bought the other one, their livechat terminated my sessions and repeatedly ignored me, no answer from their support mail and skype. Filed a dispute on paypal hopefully I get my money back..
Spent 20 for 200k coins ps4, they said 'ORDER COMPLETE' after 2 minutes: no single coin was delivered, they don't even read my card details.
