They say it is better, or at least safer, to buy in traditional stores and discounts, however, I like shopping online. You cannot touch a product, but at least you can see it, and if the shipment is what you asked for, that is it.
The purchase of electronic goods like tablets, mobiles is more difficult, because the goods are not cheap ones and one does not buy "a cell" once a week. Furhermore, we(buyers) want to assure oneselves that a purchase is as good as safe and a place when we buy is trustworthy, it is as natural as logical.
Once we start buying(online), and the experience is good, it is like a ball rollling, we act on impulse, we buy comfortably, we are happy with it, and we get accustomed to new normalcy(the products are as they should be, no defects, no frauds).
And here is the point.
I have purchased electronic goods in IGOGO.ES and I can not say anything bad about them. Good and economic products(made in China).
Then I see negative comments,(and they are generally about slow shipment or a lack of product in stock), and I know that the things are not put in the right perspective.
If the dissatisfied reach 1% of all clients(which I doubt they even do), it is still one percent.
What about 99% of the clients, who are not dissatissfied? YES, THEY ARE CONTENT, but they keep silent, they bought what they wanted and do not bother.

Compro en China hace años: un día por casualidad, encontré esta pejina, y prove para ver como funcionaba, quede gratamente sorprendida, atención al cliente buenísima, la solución de problemas, idioma español bien, contestan los E-mail pronto, y los envíos que al principio eran mas lentos han mejorado muchisimo.
Enn definitiva... no venden mucho porque tengan suerte, sino por que saben trabajar y atender muy bien a los clientes, yo hace casi 3 años que compro, en igogo y realmente estoy stisfeca al100x100. Trinidad amarillas

Desde que hice mi primer pedido hace 4 años, he descubierto en igogo además del mejor precio garantizado, continuos detalles hacia los clientes: grandes ofertas, envios gratis, regalo de puntos y campañas sin competencia. Felicitarles por la calidad y garantia de los productos que venden y la seriedad que ofrecen en el servicio postventa y atención al cliente... Normalmente recomiendo sus artículos a mis amigos y conocidos. Muchos de los cuales me agradecen el consejo por la buena compra que realizan. Su servicio cada dia es mejor y más efectivo. Ultimamente los envios son cada vez más rápidos. En mi caso, los tiempos de envio por correo postal normal, no pasa de los 10 dias.

La verdad es que yo siempre me decanto ante esta tienda online a la hora comprar cualquier smarphone, sobre todo por sus bajos precios y promociones.

Como siempre estupenda la relacion con IGOGO, precios minimos y en algunos productos encima envio gratis.
Casi siempre tienen alguna promocion, con lo cual encima lo consigues a un precio aun mas bajo.
El envio suele tardar 2 semanas, aunque a veces, tambien envian desde España, con lo cual llega antes.
Son rapidos en responder cualquier duda desde su centro de atencion al cliente y la solucion casi siempre es inmediata ante cualquier problema.
Llevo casi 2 años comprandoles y seguire sin duda alguna. Mil gracias Igogo!
