As regular cruisers we booked a special holiday from the U. K. to cruise Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina in a suite with comparable hotels in Rio and Buenos Aires. Our direct flight was cancelled without compensation, paperwork incorrect, transfers didn't arrive but most of all out hotel in Buenos Aires can only be described as a squat.
