After contacting Monserrat Ramirez-Vazquez, Social Care Specialist, who extended the time frame and modified voice recognition, my son was able to complete the course
I purchased the online driver course with audio for my sonMultiple times he has had to restart sections because the voice recognition system failed. Now he has received a message that he must restart the entire course. This has been a phenomenal waste of time and money. I am very disappointed in this program. In addition to the voice recognition failures the program sent my son email addressed to my daughter who is not taking the course and was never registered for the course. Further more the Live Chat disconnected multiple times so I could never chat with an agent. I never received a receipt number but was charged $31.94 to my credit card.
HORRIFIC! I wish I'd checked here before paying this Mickey Mouse company! I am in the process of trying to complete the last 4 hrs. Of their mature driver's course to get a disc. On my ins. They allowed me to take the first 4 hrs., then tossed me out of the test & said I had to wait 24 hrs. To log back in to complete it. This is NOT going at "your own pace", which their website promises. So, for starters, they use false advertising!
I waited & tried to log in 25 hrs. Later & got the same message - and I was supposed to wait ANOTHER 24 hours! I then called & after being on hold about 10 min., explained the problem. I was then asked to "hold" & I was disconnected!
I then tried their "live chat" online & after about 20 min. The rep told me I must CALL, because she could not help me w/online chat.
I called again & held again for about 8 min. I spent 30+ min. On the phone & had to speak w/2 different people & the issue is still not resolved. The last thing I was told was that I'd need to wait approximately 7 more hours to get in to complete the test! I was furious & promised them I'd be calling our Attorney General about their FALSE ADVERTISING & inability or unwillingness to correct this problem.
I've taken this course twice before on other websites & & never had a problem or had to wait 24 hrs. After testing 4 hrs.! These people are telling me the "law" in my state requires them to make me wait 24 hrs. This is NOT true & when I told them it was not true & that I would contact my state Atty. General to register a complaint against them for lying about that, as well, they backed down & decided it's not really a "law" but it is "a state guideline". This is also a lie! I will be contacting my Attorney General & will register a formal complaint against this disgusting company.
I just now received a phone call from the co. Telling me to wait another hour & try to log in again & they say they will call me to make sure I was able to. God only knows what will happen then, because I do not have time to complete the test today & I expect if I log in & then log right back out, it will make me wait another 24 hrs., or longer!
Stay far away from this disgusting, dishonest & incompetent company!
I drive safely is a terrible driving school, do not suggest at all... do your research and I guarantee there is an easier option... pineapple

So I get the point of the first 6 units, but last 2 were sooooo repetitive I wanted to pull my hair out.
If i could rate 0 stars i would. Literally wasted my money paying for the drug and alcohol section, because it wouldn't load the test after i paid.
The course was enjoyable and put together logically. It definitely opened my eyes to hazards on the road and how to drive more safely.
Over all great experience for what had to be accomplished. Easy to use modules and step by step instructions.
Terrible customer service! Once they sell you the program, you are on your own. I would strongly recommend you look for another program.
I really thought it would be easy but it challenged me. The course is detailed and prepared thoughtfully. I am glad I chose this particular course.
Was able to learn a lot of drugs and alcohol that I didn't know, and the information was written nicely and memorable.
I was able to complete this course easily and at my own time and pace. The lessons were easily understood and completed
This sucks... i guess they have the stupidest and cheap software, it can't recognize your voice and make you take the course from the beginning... NO ONE SHOULD TAKE THIS COURSE..

If you fail the questions, you need to review the videos or reading from beginning. You will end up wasting hours and hours. Real $#*!!
This is a great course I learned a lot and should be a safer driver and will be able to get a discount on my car insurance
