I bought a years worth of botox whuch was $800 i got pregnant so i couldnt use it, when I called they told me it would be fine for after i had the baby, then after the baby covid happe ed and ideal image was closed, finally they are open and they tell me the contract has expired and I cant get my botox i paid for! So never get the botox upfront because if anything happens they will pocket your money and screw you badly! This is the most horible experience i have ever had and to think the lady had the nerve to try and get me to pay for more botox after taking the $800 worth i had already paid for! Beware of this company.
This company is a fraud! They will take your money without you even knowing about it. They talked to me on the phone and without me even knowing about it they enrolled me into their lifetime membership program. I told them I did not know that I enrolled into their program and they said that since I agreed to talk to them that I was agreeing to enroll into their program so now they are charging me $250 a year without knowledge. I even had my back and their lawyers get involved and had them stop payment and they still the following year sent me a $250 charge on my bank statement. So beware of this Company. I called them on it they said " Oh we are sorry we will remove those charges." They never have. They lied. So I had to have my bank remove them…. This Company is a total FRAUD. THEY SHOULD BE BANDED FROM BEING IN BUSINESS...
Do not use them. EXTREMELY overpriced. I feel stupid I paid so much after seeing how inexpensive other places make it to get laser hair removal. It was over $6,000 for full Brazilian and full legs
People of color beware the hair removal laser treatments DO NOT work ON African American hair. I bought a package and had extended treatments after the package timeframe and my unwanted hair looks the same as day one. When I asked to speak to management they want me to spend more money. SO DISAPPOINTED.
Paid for a service and the Ideal Image Asheville doesn't want to honor. I was treated with disrespect, they are unprofessional and should be out of business.
Ashley Kluk is amazing! She will make your visit a comfortable one. She has done light therapy on my face and neck and was very informative about what to expect. I'd give her 5 stars!
I spent $4200 dollars for services at Ideal Image on Yale in Tulsa Oklahoma After 5 months I have yet to see any difference! They lost my photos of before and after pictures and told me there office doesn't refund money even though the service they provided was a complete shame. DO NOT RECCOMEND!
Firstly, laser hair removal is not permanent, you will start to see hair growth within several weeks from your last treatment (even after 5 treatments). The lasers (Candela) are not designed for permanent hair removal, it is designed for temporary hair reduction. The organization draws consumers in by advertising 50% or more off the regular price of laser hair removal. Be careful if you are working with an agent of the company to learn about their services, they are trained to manipulate you into signing expensive contracts immediately, that you won't be able to terminate with any type of fair reimbursement. Read your contract thoroughly before you sign it and if you have a friend who is a lawyer, have them read it too. They slide in a discreet clause or two. One of the discreet clauses in their contract (that they do not discuss with you on the phone) allows them to provide you with a surprise purchase of very expensive sunblock $$$, as mentioned you can cancel but you will still be locked into paying for nearly the entire cost of services specified in your contract, no matter the reason for termination. This company is running a very lucrative and unethical business. Spend your money on something you will receive a noticeable return on, rather than temporary laser hair reduction at Ideal Image.
I recently purchased the membership for Ideal Image mainly for the discounted Botox. However, when I called to schedule an appointment to get Botox, I was told they are short staffed and they are months out from me being able to get an appointment! They said they might have additional help by 7 July, but I'd like to have had the Botox BEFORE 7 July or at least close to that date! I don't think I should have to wait months to get an appointment for Botox when it's only supposed to last for 3. Additionally, I honestly believe the last injections I received were watered down because I really shouldn't even need additional injections yet because it hasn't been 3 months since my last appointment. I would like the $250 to be refunded to me, so I can go elsewhere for my injections.
Let's start with the price. I will open it up so that everybody knows what to expect and they stop getting unsuspecting people in there for the sales process. A Laser hair removal of just the bikini area will set you back around $2700 with all the "discounts" applied. Don't get fooled by the 70% offers or the fact that you must sign the same day. I signed the agreement and I had my first session. Yes, it was super painful! But what was even more painful is what followed. A couple of days after signing I went back to cancel the agreement and this people with a straight face said they will cancel if I paid $540. Serious? That is the most expensive penalty I have ever seen. It turned out I got convinced again to continue. COVID-19 enters the picture. This company closes and I got no more sessions. I wound up losing my job all together so we called the company to cancel and the person (Kimberly) that was presented as the Regional Manager who is really not the Regional Manager said that she would not give us any refunds or cancel the contract. This came after saying in our faces a few days prior that they would refund the money at any time. Yeah, right!. I, at this point in time, have no refund, no job, no sessions and I am still paying the finance company. In fact, I am very fearful of going back there for any kind of treatment after Covid-19. I will post updates every week in here and with the Better Business Bureau as well.
People, if you truly value your money, stay very far away from this company. It's really time for this company to start doing what they preach and start projecting the "Ideal Image"
WASTE OF MONEY! THEY DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. WILL BE REPORTING TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Do not waste your time or money. Super fast to speak with someone when you are wanting information on purchasing a service, but no reply when asking for patient experience supervisor. ULTHERAPY IS A SHAM
Do not go here! It's a total rip off. I will never go here again and advise you all not to either. They charged me for an entire extra area for laser hair removal in which I had one time you hear that was going in that area, not only that they don't even remind you your sessions you have, they just let them expire so you can back and pay for the "lifetime unlimited" treatments which are 40$ &up per area. During Covid it was hard to even get an appointment in the office, and then they dont reach out and tell you your sessions have expired in the 16 month time span. It's over priced! Please read the fine print in your contract or else you will get got like I did, there are plenty of places in Atlanta that does CoolSculpting and laser hair removal for way less. A co worker of mine Lori told me after I made the investment that they were too expensive and hard to get an appointment. Please do your homework and read your contract! I wasted a lot of money on cool sculpting and half of laser hair removal package
The Company has a very good sales person ill give them that. I did like the way they financed so you can use there product. There nurses that do the hair removal are horrible they treat you like dirt and pretend that you don't feel anything at all. I did ever appointment followed ever step they gave me to make sure I do not have hair. Every time I came in for an appoint I told them I don't see the difference they told me it takes time don't worry the hair needs to die off. I have now fulfilled the time allotted from them where I shouldn't have anymore hair on the areas. I have hair and even more hair than before. I have filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because this company is a SCAM. I should have listen to all the reviews because they guaranty satisfaction and treat you horrible when you question the services. They told me oh its blood hair on your arms. MY ARM LOOK JET BLACK NOW. I am also going to social media and local news. DO NOT USE COMPANY SAVE YOUR MONEY.
Terrible. Terrible. I recommend using alternative companies.
I used the Newton MA location and paid for an 1 year contract with appointments every 6-8 weeks for that one year, full body laser hair removal, for a cost of $5,500.
First, the treatment itself:
3 of my 5 appointments were completed by new technicians on their first week on the job. One used the wrong setting, another was still training on how to use the equipment and practiced on my body. This conflicts with the advertisement of "highly trained professionals".
Second, the scheduling:
Ideal Image would not schedule my appointments within the 6-8 week window. They continually only offered 9-10 week windows (which means that instead of the 9 appointments I would receive at a 6 wk interval, I only receive 6 appointments).
Additionally, on my 6th appointment was cancelled on an hour before my appointment due to technician being sick and bumped back another 4 weeks, which would put my appointment at 13 weeks since the last one. The front desk associate called the police when I came in anyways and demanded to be seen by a different technician at my scheduled appointment time. The cops were very friendly and helpful, unlike ideal image.
Ideal Image will charge you annual fees automatically. Of note, NO ONE from Ideal Image explained to me that there is an automatic annual membership and will be renewed every year. As a matter of fact, the way they sold it to me is that this is a "Lifetime Guarantee Membership" which is kind of deceiving and suggests that this is a onetime Lifetime Membership.
Was advised by a friend to try them, signed up and now they are refusing to let me cancel. They are also still charging me for services that I am not receiving.
I signed up and paid in full with a loan. They asked for a credit card and said they would not charge it. But guess what? They did. I was charge over 3k twice. When I brought it to their attention, they said they would pay me back, but nothing ever happened. When I went in got my first treatment, I was told I was not a good candidate and asked for a refund and was told I would be contacted, but never was. I was sent two emails with a contract to sign to get my money back, but each contract was short about $350. I signed anyways so I could at least get most of my money back. I sent back the two skin care kits I received but when I called back 4 weeks later, they said they never received it and could not issues the rest of my money back. So here we are. No treatments and they stole $700 dollars from me!
DO NOT SIGN UP AND PAY IN ADVANCE! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!
I joined location in July. They get you in, give you a good spiel and there's NEVER a time when I can get an appointment. NEVER. OH WAIT. I am driving to Greensboro at the end of
NOVEMBER for an appointment. I'm ready to get in touch with Chamber of commerce, and the local tv stations. I made a DUMB decision, hate to admit it
I checked out IDEAL IMAGE's website and almost immediately people started emailing and calling me. I said I would like a consultation. The lady I had conversations with suggested fillers.(2) I filled out the paperwork and gave CC information. On July 2nd I was charged for the service even though I had not set up an appointment yet. I had then set up the appointment a few days later and when I showed up the Dr. I talked to said I couldn't get that service because I was allergic to penicillin. She said they would do Botox but I refused because that is not what your employee said I needed. I was originally charged the full amount and when they told me I could no longer get the service, it would be up to 90 days for a refund. The way they handled this was very poor and I will never recommend IDEAL IMAGE to another person.
This place is a total and complete fraudulent business. The services they offer are a scam and do not work. Don't get caught up here! They should be out of business.
Answer: Yes, I had to go to the hospital where they treated me for BURNS that Nicola at Ideal Image gave me while doing Laser treatment. Dr Angela Fisher at Ideal Image is unprofessional and relies on her 17 years of bad experience.
Answer: Absolutely not. I didn't need much to begin with. My lip flip, which the tech suggested, lasted about 3 weeks. I specifically told her that I wanted my forehead not to move & last as long as possible. I live 2 hrs away. She used Xeomin which doesn't offer the results I specifically requested. She also added on crows feet, my 11's & in-between my eyes, without authorizing with me! I barely needed my forehead. Definitely didn't need or authorize her add on services. It was all a waste of $$$$. Maybe she need extra $$$$! I'm sure I'm not the only one thos happened too.
Answer: Absolutely not! I spent $1800 and within 4 months my lines above my lips returned!
