I had purchased a framed canvas. Before it was delivered there was a price reduction. I emailed customer service requesting a price adjustment. I had an immediate response crediting me the difference. Well done!
We ordered a painting of hummingbirds. We ordered it in a horizontal format but when it was delivered it was in a vertical format. So I contacted support and they were fantastic. They asked me to send them a photo of the SKU on the frame and one of the mounts. I sent them the photos and I got a rapid response. They said the painting was in fact mounted incorrectly so they are sending me a new one at their expense. Matt was very helpful and I would definitely order from them again.
I ordered a large canvas that when it arrived looked like a print on a thin bed sheet. I have been trying to contact iCanvas for 1 week now, only receiving 1 automated response. There is actually NO customer service. I would advise anyone to buy from another site. Please.

I ordered 2 of the idyllic poppy pictures which was even more breathtaking than on the website. One got damaged in shipping and I called and took pictures and they are replacing without any problems and even an apology. Great company to buy from. Great prices also
I requested via email to send me a shipping labor to return an item. It took about a week due to high volume of responses customer service has to take care of. Matt apologize for the late response and said that I can keep the item for free, not to worry about shipping back to them and they will refund me the cost. That was a pleasant surprise. I am a very happy customer.:-)
I've bought a fair amount of Art from ICanvas and I've never been disappointed. The ONE time I had an issue, it was resolved fairly and in a timely fashion. All of the art hanging on my walls is there because of this trust, and belief, that they are as concerned as I about the quality of work that will occupy space within my humble abode.

I fell in love with a print on their website and ordered a large canvas, 48 x 48. Canvas arrived in undamaged box - with no center supports and sagging down the middle. I reached out to Icanvas and received a guide on how to fix it myself.
The quality of the print is the same as any big box store but for the size of the canvas you would expect center supports. At almost triple the price of a big box store I was very disappointed with quality.
I have bought several canvas prints from ICanvas. They are great at getting orders out quickly and the quality is outstanding. I highly recommend this company!

I ordered and received 3 canvases. They all were great quality and beautuful. I then realized I had duplicated one item and requested to return with their protocol. After a week I received an apology and explanation as to why they hadn't responded sooner with instructions as to my order. This was so refreshing and reinstated my trust.

BEYOND disappointed and sad. The paintings I spent over 200 dollars for are awful and looks like something I could've did myself. The contrast is HORRIBLE, the colors? ARE COMPLETELY OFF. The longer I stare at it the more I just want to cry. I had PLANS for my first home to be furnished and decorated after 2 long months and it will not be done thanks to Icanvas, it will not match any of my furnishings and it just will not look complete without the beautiful art I THOUGHT I ordered.
I was so happy to receive my order. Well packaged & looks perfect on my wall. I just moved here & this piece spoke to my soul! Thank You!
