I would just like to say if you want to save some money this app will definitely help you in that area. I absolutely love ibotta app.I love earning money on products i already would buy. Earn as much as you like. If you ever need help from Thier customer service they are helpful and very informative. Give it a try you won't regret it. You need to earn 20 bucks initially to withdraw it but say you have 26.35 you'll be able to get the whole amount that you want. Which i think is awesome.

Listen I pride myself on my shopping trip, (well it's actually a haul) lol like the big one for the month, as I'm sure a lotta people do, so I was just curious why don't u have a make it rain bonus on the 17th so I don't miss out on the fun! This girl loves her bonuses 🥂

I enjoy using Ibotta as my Christmas savings account. I match offers to items I would normally buy and bank the cash back till I am Christmas shopping. Recently they have made it easier to use at places like CVS and seem to offer more offers on items I actually buy. It is a tad time consuming and I wish there was a way to sort through items quicker but otherwise it's an extremely valuable tool for my family's finances!

I didn't have any issues with my most recent order but I have in the past and customer service has been helpful and quick to fix my missing cash back.

Great app for additional unexpected savings, especially at groceries and retailers I purchase from. I applaud Ibotta for also being the first merchant (in my inbox) to offer the option to "pause" emails for Mother's Day, acknowledging this day "can be a difficult time for many." For those of us who've lost our Mothers, it's a huge gesture. Very much appreciated versus bombarding my inbox with insensitive emails. Thank you Ibotta! Hope there will be similar emails for Father's Day as well.

I recently had a transaction hiccup while using Ibotta for an online purchase, but their customer service team quickly resolved the issue. Despite the transaction not going through correctly, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Ibotta still honored my cash back. This level of dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable and sets Ibotta apart from other cashback platforms. I highly recommend Ibotta for their outstanding service and commitment to their users.

After receiving an unhelpful automated reply about which I wrote a frustrated review, I received a response from an actual person who DID read my question and handled it. I am very grateful for the opportunity that Ibotta gives me to earn cash back, but I don't care for the AI-type responses that really do no read/understand the question or realize the extent of what I have tried already. I enjoy shopping with Ibotta for most of my shopping needs. I always double check that I'm buying the right quantity ie: sizes, count etc. it's great to see you've got Cash Back. Then when I decide to Cash Out my Ibotta earnings it goes to whatever I decide, whether it be my bank account or Amazon etc.
I do highly recommend this app, you won't be disappointed.

Anytime I have contacted Customers Service with an Issue about my Cash Back missing for some items. Ibotta contacts me within 24hrs.

Had issue with a rebate due to the cashier scanned a product twice on my receipt causing me to go to customer service counter to get money back for the second scan. Therefore it made it look like I returned the item totally. So I had to have assistance to get the actual product that was eligible for rebate to process. I was assisted in a quick and professional manner. I appreciate Ibotta and the service I received from those who took care of my issue. Thank you!

Ibotta is a great incentive to try new items, but also earns you cash back on your regular use items. They have a large selection of places that you can get cash back. I consistently use it, and have received over $1300. I let it build up, and then transfer $75 to my checking account. It's like getting a free gift every so often. I recommend it to everyone I know.

When I first heard about Ibotta, I immediately signed up and love it so much! I've been using ibotta for over 3 years now and I actually earned over $600 in cash back savings! You have the choice to withdraw it or even get a gift card. You can also earn by referring others

I've been using this app for quite awhile now I haven't had any real issues when It has missed something it's easy to get quick support. Once you get at least $20 you can purchase gift cards or transfer to your PayPal and it gets transferred so quickly. If you're the main shopper in your household this app is a no brainer. The only complaint is if the scanning the receipt was easier for example just scanning instead of lining up until the lines turn green.

Some items weren’t accounted for cash back. I didn’t really like having to take screenshots of my online receipts because they are long but I did and they were fixed.

I had an offer that qualified in store and when I submitted the receipt for review, for some reason, it did not want to qualify and said it was not the item on the receipt which it was it was the same exact thing I sent the picture over the customer, service and information in regards to that item and within 24 hours my issue was solved fast and timely. Been using this app for years is definitely worth it to get that extra cash back especially when you pair it up with them bonus offers. Love it.

Unmute, the coupon in, I've gotten pretty good with it at CBS in with everything that has been going on my health. These cash back discounts make up a large portion of our finances in which I cannot contribute because I'm disabled

This app is so easy to link your MVP cards or if you have to, upload a receipt! The app is easy to use just be sure you see the stores in which the cash back offers apply. I have saved so much extra money with the flash sales and daily grocery item deals. The offers are on pretty much most things you might would buy, which is nice. Coming from someone who has saved over $200 extra over and above other coupons you might have, I love iBotta!

Legitimate, it actually pays out, payout is fast. You can earn cash back not only for in-store, but also shopping online, with some stores you can even link accounts so don't have to worry about uploading the receipt. Highly recommend the app. Thank you Ibotta!

The Ibotta app is easy to use (just check what you plan to buy and scan a receipt!). It's great to get money back on items I'm already buying! It's easy to redeem for gift cards or paypal. Customer Service has always been responsive if a rebate did not go through. Highly recommend!

I have saved so much money using Ibotta. It's the best cash back app available and very user friendly. The items available for cash back are extensive and many on products I either use already or tried because of Ibotta and continue using them. Customer service is professional and very accessible. This is at least my second year using Ibotta and I don't plan on stopping!

I was confused about Dollar General cash back vs Ibotta rebates. I was explained how it works very nicely by the help desk and received my courtesy rebate. I appreciate ibotta so much! And the help desk is always so great. Its such an amazing way to earn back extra money on groceries, or try new things at a lower cost to me.

You do have some quirks, but overall you guys are pretty honest. With someone on.SS like myself, every little bit helps!
