Enjoyed using for several months but the experience is diminishing as there are many problems getting offers and bonuses. Entire trips not appearing in system or no offers logged! Maybe I'll choose WM CB for awhile.
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars.
It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online.
I don't know why anyone would not use this program.

I belong to couponing group that suggested Ibotta. I like fetch better! Much easier to take a receipt picture.

5 cans of Pedigree Canned dog food which were missed despite my scanning in the store with a green light. Unfortunately, this happens mor often than not and Ibotta makes it extremely difficult to challenge. I guess people just need to return products. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I've noticed us do much more smoother now then a year or two ago. Rare occasion I do have an issue, it's resolved quickly. I can't recall the last time I had a problem with the app. I like the upgrades a lot, especially if I miss checking an offer I get an email to add it. Very happy with everything, please don't change anything.

As with any of these rebate apps, there will be problems from time to time with computers that do not properly read a receipt. Or, more often, your local grocery store does not abbreviate things properly on the receipt.
I've had only a few occasions over the past almost 2 years to contact customer service at Ibotta about a rebate issue.
It has been resolved to my satisfaction each and every single time.
I've never had a problem with my receipts. Other platforms challenge every single one and I have to screenshot all my items because they don't want to reimburse for their own rebates. It's extremely frustrating having to spend time challenging them. I've never had to do this with Ibotta not even once.
It was the first day one that I heard about.
Ibotta makes it so difficult to rectify missing cash back that it makes me feel like giving up since my time is valuable and Ibotta drags on and on with nonsense questions. I don't even think Ibotta thoroughly reads the correspondence because you ask questions that were already answered in previous emails.
Representatives don’t thoroughly read my concerns because they ask me to provide information that Ibotta already has access to or has already been emailed about.
I thought I would save hard earned money, but have found out I waste precious time fighting for what I should have received.
Everything I purchase laundry detergent. I'm missing g cash back. It happened again yesterday 8/29. I purchased one bottle of ALL detergent and one package of pods
Only got the liquid cash back, had to do another ticket for ALL pods. You will see in my history many tickets on persil pods.

Be very careful using this app. It malfunctions constantly and you will not find out until after you have made the purchases. I have had many issues where I scanned the items in store, confirmed they were eligible for cash back, and then had it denied after the fact. It ended up losing me money, not saving me money. Total fraud.
Terrible. And they expect you to keep all your receipts if you want them to fix the problem with their system; even when you do still have them they don't understand the problem and they do not fix it.
I was having an issue in regards to some items within my account and which is a simple email or two everything was resolved behind my expectations. A great company that keeps the consumer in mind and helps them get all the benefits out of the app. I highly recommend this app.
Terrible! Didn't receive 5 cash backs! Then they're expired can't just click on them for missing cash back. I would not made the purchase except for the offers from Ibotta. Wasted time trip to store. Wasted money. Thanks I botta! You have a nice day too!

Been using for a couple years with great experiences. But in the last couple months it's been a terrible experience.
Missing 5$ cash back for two different nestle bonuses that expire today. Bought four 6 ct bottles and the first one started the bonus process but the other three haven't been added. This was two separate receipts, the first one I submitted a ticket for and never heard back: not happy
Submitted a ticket and a picture of my receipt the beginning of August and never heard back. Tried to submit another one today and the site is down cause my picture wouldn’t load.
To earn more money back for my family
On August 16, I was to receive a four dollar cash back for Kona big wave bottles. I have not received it when I use the app to locate missing money or to notify you. I just get a random email Mail that does not apply to my situation.
I have purchased this item a few times times and it has been a struggle each time.

For the savings
I have fun using Ibotta, mostly because the money I save goes into an account that I use to bet on football. So in some cases, the money I save pays off twice!
On top of that, when I bet on games, I get coupons for free drinks. Ibotta not only helps feed me, it also feeds my vices!
Ibotta really works. It's super easy too. Just don't tell my lady what I use the money for. She'll want to get in on the deal and mess up my fun.

In the years that I have had Ibotta I have only had a few minor issues which were fixed quickly and efficiently by Ibotta customer service. They are always kind, efficient, and quick to respond. It is a great way to earn money while shopping.
On Krogers receipts, there is no bar code and only a generic description of the product. It's hard for the AI to know which product you bought. It didn't pick up my laundry detergent when I submitted. I scanned it in using the missing cash back option and it was denied for some reason. I put in a ticket and explained what I bought. I was credited my missing 8 bucks within 2 days. I Love Ibotta! The rebate apps have been a game changer for couponing since we are no longer getting many paper coupons!
Great assortment of vendors and products. My favorite stores and online sites are all here! So easy to clip savings for my favorite brands - and the savings has encouraged me to try new products. Love that I can shop online through the Ibotta app and earn even more cash. Easy to cash out whenever I want to. This is a winner for me!

Hello, I wanted to share my experience with the help of the customer service team. I had problems with the withdrawal of my rewards, and also with some promotions that had not been credited. Within 48/72 hours I had everything resolved. I am still happy because they really responded quickly and directly to resolve everything.
I do most of my shopping online with home delivery so sitting on my couch I just browse through Ibotta's offers and if it's on my list I get cash back in my account as soon as my order is delivered.
Their customer service is usually very helpful and can solve most of my issues.
Works really well. If there are any difficulties they solve them quickly! The item on the recent wasn't recognized. I checked money missing. Check the item and took a photo of upc bar code. Fixed immediately! Money showed up within a couple of hours in my account.

Tone is very hard to interpret in an email, but she was very kind. This is something hard to find these days. Anyone reading this- Please be kind, it's free. Even if you have an issue, kindness goes a long way. Normally kindness is repaid in kindness.
Ibotta introduces new products with financial incentives to purchase. One product I tried was Dawn Powerwash; I now buy it on the monthly basis.
The financial incentive is invaluable in this economy!
