This Christmas I received as a gift from my son a beautiful Ibex jacket. Unfortunately it did not fit me so I have been trying to exchange it for another, buanswet in a different size. At first, my emails were answered and I tried to do what I was told. Now they have just stopped answering my emails, and I still cannot exchange my jacket for another one, but in a different size. In my last email to them I suggested three ways of sending the return shipping label to me. After that, no response at all. Not a good way to keep customers. And I am stuck with a beautiful jacket that I can't wear.
I am not sure which one either of those. The boat is great to show product different kind of brand. Also, clothes are a different product because Amazon shows you a price.
