I would not recommend this company to anyone. They charged my credit card for 6 months of data overages at one time and made no real effort to contact me before making the charges. They were not helpful when I called to dispute the charges. Stay away! I never authorized the charges.

Ibackup lets me sleep at night - I have many critical files at my business and they need to all be secured offsite just in case. I tried ibackup and have been happy with them so far. However, I have not "needed" the backup files as the #$# has not hit the fan, but I can see my files being backed up and hopefully my data is secured.

This is the worst backup site ever. Please save your money and do not use this service. They are not reliable and will not address any technical issues to where it is fixed

I have been with IBackup for over 9 years yep! 9 years!
My company has 4 computers and we only use 3, the amount of data we create is minimum as we only use for t QB and barely do any thing else, for 8 years I was charged $99 per year, and was on automatic charge this year I was checking some charges on my CC to find out IBackup was charging me $198.00 per month! For the total of almost additional $2.000.00 ( two thousand dollars)
When I asked them what happen!? The say it was the data that was used and they charge extra for it!?
I told them "No way" I was using this much data as nothing has change on my company for a long time!
I told them when I sing up I was given the 5gb upgrade but now was told it was not valid any more?, But after many exchange emails and because they are a very honest company? They will refund "SOME" of the money they took from my CC about $900, I still waiting for my partial refund!?
Don't do business with this company they are very sneak!
Is not wort the savings they promised you!

While their software seems easy to use and they are an affordable backup solution, it took them 4 days to assist me with a restore. 4 days!

Can your business afford to be without data for 4 days while they sort out a technical issue with their backup software? We could not. A backup solution is as good as the restore ability and 4 days for them to resolve an issue, is too long for us.

We needed to perform a backup from several days in the past and they advertise you can go back the past 10 days. That was not accurate. We were only able to restore from the previous nights backup, which was useless as our files were encrypted with a virus Friday night and we only noticed this Monday morning.

I contacted their tech support via phone and chat session daily if not more frequently. And each time it was the same response, "Not sure why you not able to perform a restore from several days ago" " We will escalate this to our second level support and mark the ticket high priority"

What a joke. Each time I called or via a chat session they marked the ticket 'high priority". How many times can one mark a ticket high priority?

It did all end well. 4 days later I got an email saying "The issue you had reported has been resolve now." And I was able to restore from 10 days previous.

Be forewarned, product seems easy to use, affordable but restores can take in excess of 4 days.

**Update. I sent iBackup this link for them to review / comment on. They have since sent me an email as follows:
"Please accept our sincere apologise for the inconvenience caused to you in this regard.
This might be caused due to some temporary issue at our server end and the same has been resolved by our back end team. Please monitor the backup/restore process on your machine and get back to us incase of any issue. "
