I would not ever deal with this company again... it sent the wrong spa supplies and refused return/refund and / or exchange. Megan is the absolute worst customer service rep I have ever dealt with... to be avoided at all cost. In fact, do not use the site/company unless your want nothing but grief... terrible customer service.
Absolutely terrible customer service. My item was never shipped and I've not to use my pool because hydro pool told me the item would take longer to then expected to ship from the manufacturer. Completely ruined my weekend
HYDROPOOL.COM - DO NOT USE THIS SITE... you won't get your stuff and when you try to find out where it is... GOOD LUCK! Sent my stuff 2 TIMES TO THE WRONG ADDRESS... when I used the correct address both times! Trying to fix their mistake is a joke... no matter what I said, they repeated back and did the opposite! The more I tried to RE explain the situation, the more they would not even listen to me. Meagan took care of my issue and each contact and action was another disaster. She is truly incompetent and insane. NEVER AGAIN! Don't fall for the cheap prices... not getting the stuff that they mail to "god knows who" will make the cheap price and ALL the hassle not worth it!
Ordered pool heater and I had to reach out to them to ask about the item. And almost a month later all I get is a refund. No apologies or reason why. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SITE.
Answer: SCAM COMPANY! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER... SENDS YOUR PRODUCT TO ADDRESSES THAT ARE NOT YOURS! YOU WON'T GET YOUR STUFF AND THEY DON'T FIX THE PROBLEM... WORSE SITE AND SERVICE EVER.
