They took my order took payment
Never received My order wrote several emails asked for a tracking number. They sent me back my invoice!
Had to call my bank for a dispute now I have to wait 90 days
Ordered a part Oct 2 2024, still not shipped. Emails get automated response, nobody answers phone and phone mail boxes are full. This is an online store through Master Tech RV in Elkhart. They have the same phone number and same issues with response. I've filed a complaint with Elkhart Better Business Bureau but they don't get any response either. Looks like I'm out $140.
Took my money ($250), never sent product. Does not answer phone or emails. Hard to believe they are still in business when they do this to their customers.
Stay away or you will be sorry!
Charged 23.12 for the cheapest shipping to ship a sensor that weighs a few ounces. Said it was USPS 2 day but In fact it was 3 day priority mail that took 5 days. Also sent emails saying it had shipped but the shipping was just set up and it wasn't delivered to the post office for 2 days.
I understand they can't control the shipping speed once it's given to USPS but they GOUGED us for shipping according to the USPS website shipping estimates and tried to justify the cost by overstating the shipping speed.
23.12 would have been a reasonable cost for the 2 day shipping they quoted.
The hydronic heating warehouse exceeded my expectations of customer service. I had ordered a new part for my Aquahot. The part got lost in the mail. When I notified the hydronic heating warehouse they immediately sent a new part to replace the last part. It's so refreshing to deal with a company who cares about their customers.
My parts came in a timely manner, quality parts. How ever, I ordered 4 small parts which came in a 6"x6"x12" box. My total parts cost around 80$ my shipping costs over 30$. I will shop around next purchase.
Needed an RV water heater filter replacement. Hydronic Heating had the part at half the price, when others were out of stock, including the manufacturer. Bought two, one for back up.
Spoke with tech on the phone who was extremely helpful, after placing the order shipping and tracking was very fast. Definitely recommend Hydronic Heating Warehouse for Aquahot parts.
I ordered a pump and the website said it would ship in 5-7 days. It arrived in less than that. Great service. The owner emailed me to be sure I got the part. That was great!

I used Hydronicheating Warehouse for the first time great service good web site. I ordered same parts from another competitors ( RV Hydronic Heater repair AKA SP Aqua Heater Parts)a week earlier and payed for 2nd day shipping and still had not received the parts. I will be using HYDRONICHEATING WAREHOUSE again.
They send the wrong parts and when you let them know crickets. No reply. Stay away if you can not worth the hassle when you need the correct parts.
