My Twitter account got suspended on a false copyright claim The person who made the false copyright claim Dose not even own or represent the owner of the property and it's just. A Link'to Torret I'm sure I never posted its not or has ever been on my Twitter feed im sure Twitter support e mailed me telling me its on my Twitter feed but its not any more cuz they removed it please help me it's been 34 day's I'm sure I've never posted anything wrong under section 512(f), as discussed more fully below, "[a]ny person who knowingly materially misrepresents... that material or activity is infringing" can be held liable for any damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, incurred by an alleged infringer who is injured by the misrepresentation. I've lost business opportunity s cuz of this problem
