Great service with hvac direct, but the shippers didn't notify me that I had to call them to schedule a delivery time. When I did, they could only tell me what day and not a appropriate time. Then after waiting all day. They were a no show. I called back and everybody was gone. Called first thing. Lady said, pretty sure I can have it delivered today. I will call if there is a problem. No call and no delivery. After wasting 2 1/2 days of waiting for it, I received it on the third day. Time is money! I wasted a lot of time waiting for the delivery.
Small box on top of skid damaged internally. Open all cartons upon receipt. No help from anyone.

Thank you for cancelling and turning around my previous order for the same item, because home was flooded from Hurricane Harvey excessive rain, and could not deliver/receive the item at the time it was due to arrive.
Re-ordered before the Labor Day weekend, after we were able to get back into the house and complete immediate debris removal. Had to wait an extra 3 days for the item to ship, because of the weekend and holiday. Wish product would have shipped out on Saturday instead of the following Tuesday. Those 3 extra days without dehumidification could contribute to mold problems.
Dan was helpful when we called; he made sure that we ordered the correct unit and reminded us to make sure the new unit would tie in to existing lines. Great customer service!

Easy process for sure. From beginning to final install was homeowner easy with basic mechanical skills. A definite DIY project. Saved ALOT of money from avoiding hiring a mechanical HVAC contractor. And I will put my install up against a pro anytime.
